Kurt was extremely helpful. The fact that the store is opened on Sundays is a huge plus in my book. Would definitely recommend them. They have gained a new customer

They were able to fix my car by tightening the strut bolts inside the engine. All the noises went away. Had I gone to Nissan they would have told me I need new struts, ball joints or tie rods. Nissan service is a 1.
Good year is a 10***. Also consumer rated them in the top 3 other than an independent auto shop. I’m always so happy.

Ordered tires through store website, chose tires and was given out the door quote online. Scheduled appointment, unfortunately tires ordered needed one day to arrive. Was called by the store and rescheduled the following day at 8am. Must say these guys were amazing, top notch honest. Couldn't do alignment as needed an outer tie rod. They charged me exactly what was quoted. Great product, great team I will buy tires there again for sure. Way to go guys keep it up.

Went in for an oil change, they first tried to charge me over $500 for one brake pad, said no to that obviously.Then my warning light has been on since I left the lot. I call them back and they actually said “you probably ran over a nail in our parking lot on your way out. Not our fault.” I said “no my tires aren’t losing pressure.” His response? “Weather change.”Ummmm pretty sure the winter weather in Buffalo didn’t change in the in the two hours I sat there waiting. It’s always freezing. It was when I went in, it was when I went out.Never visit. Please please please listen to me.

I had an appointment with some other shop they had to cancel my appointment,So I went GOOd Year they got me in right away and got me out in one hour Tanner Taczac was wonderful Great customer service, I will definitely come back here Thank you!!!

I’ve been a long time customer of Goodyear. I was incredibly disappointed to hear that the manager Jeff is no longer with this location. I would always ask for him by name as he always made me feel comfortable and confident with the work that was being done on all my vehicles. It took a long time before I found someone like this and going to be very difficult to find someone to build that trust with again.

Trash service and even trashier business practices. I paid ahead of time online to get 4 tires and an alignment. Some time after dropping my vehicle off, I get a phone call stating that I need new wipers and repairs on my control arm. I advise that I won't be getting any additional work done that day except for what is already paid for. When I go to pick up my car, I am told that they did not perform my alignment due to issues with the control arm and they cannot give me a refund in-store. I am writing this review a couple of weeks later, after jumping through hoops to get my refund for work they didn't do, and also getting my car checked over by my usual mechanic. Guess what? Absolutely no issues with the control arm. So basically, because I didn't let them scam me, they didn't do what I paid them to do and caused a big pain in the neck for me. Please don't take your car here.

They didn't even fix my tire and they charged me for that, supposedly they did an "alignment". I had already gone to the Toyota and they had told me that it was not needed. They are wolves, everything more expensive and OVERPRICED. I won't come back to this place.

We broke down during our trip to Niagara Falls and we couldn’t have had a better experience than with this Goodyear location. They were so kind and quick with repairs. They had us back on the road within a few hours and we felt like it was extremely reasonably priced.

Today capped off a GOODYEAR experience that is worth talking about! I have always been a GOODYEAR customer pretty much since I worked for Kovacs Goodyear in S. Florida 30 years ago. I origionally stopped in the Niagara Falls location (1755 Military RD Niagara Falls, NY 14304) a few months ago to inquire about new tires, I was told by the SALESMAN at the time that the tires were $580 something and I questioned why? I told him I was on GOODYEAR.COM and FULL RETAIL was $549.99 along with every other place I checked as well. The SALESMAN didn't really did not have an answer why his price was marked up so I showed him a screenshot of the TOLTAL from GOODYEAR.COM and his response was "well then go buy them there" so I have a couple friends of mine that own shops in FL and I thought it might be better to give the local shop the chance to sell them to me before I made the purchase online, just trying to be CORDIAL. Well I ended up leaving not feeling real good and fast forward to about a week ago I decided to go online and purchase the tires. Well that turned into quite an event, during the purchase I was asked to pick a location to have the tires installed. Now about a week ago I stopped back by the NF GOODYEAR location and spoke to a kid that was working there about the install and was also interested in buying all new LUGNUTS. Well during that visit he basically told me that they could not do the install because they did not have a machine that would balance my tires. So I spent the better part of a day calling all these shops looking for somebody to do my install. I finally found a place not to far named EZ Tire who would take care of the install and I thought everything else but it turned out this shop was gonna be unable to do the alignment and he told me I would have to send it out to somebody else and I was not comfortable with that and told him I would rather go to GOODYEAR and have it done. I spent $2300 on these 325/60/20 GOODYEAR DURATRACs and I just prefered that GOODYEAR handle as much of the work as possible. So I decided to call aheada day or 2 after the install and make sure they could do the ALIGNMENT. I spojke to a sales man named Tanner and he said he was not sure if they could and asked me to stop by with the truck and they would tell me. Today I stopped by there and was greeted by Tanner and he said let me check with his boss, a couple minutes later he came out and said "YES" they could do it but it would be $250, I then verified that we were talking about the SINGLE alignment and not the 3 YEAR alignment, he told that my truck was a special alignmaent and repeated again that it would be $250, so I asked to speak to the manager. At this point the shop manager came out and asked if he could help me, I started to explain and he rail roaded me while I was speaking again to tell me that " it was a special alignment and would be $250" at which point I said sorry "why don't you talk" and he he then APPOLOGIZED and said he had 5 things going at one time, so I was pretty much done at this point and I decided to ask him 1 more question, "I asked him would GOODYEAR Corporate be ok with you more than doubling the PRICE of an ALIGNMENT" his answer was they don't run this shop. So I left! All this GRIEF because I wanted to spend more than $2500 with GOODYEAR, SMH This review will goto GOODYEAR CORPORATE and GOOGLE reviews as well, have a great day! :( PS. That is quite an EMPTY shop for 5 things going on! Have a great day! :(

This Goodyear in Niagara falls was excellent. The manager, Jeff, went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. We were on a road trip with no other options for travel so had to wait for crucial brake repairs. Jeff and staff are number 1 in my book!!
