We were out of towners, and started having some car problems. This was the first auto shop that popped up when we googled shops near me. With the 5 star rating, we didn't hesitate coming on over. The guy in charge quickly got us seen, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the car part. We were in and out in about 2 hours, which was a blessing considering we had no appt and the place was HOPPING busy. The guy struck me as honest and up front. We just needed a spark plug replaced. He didn't push us to have the rest replaced since we could do that ourselves once we got back home (although he did offer).
He was friendly, sociable, and professional even though it was super obvious they had a LOT going on. He took time out of his busy schedule to help. This place is highly recommended!

Immediately as soon as they answer the phone, you are met with kindness and respect.
Even if their shop is busy, they will always make the time to at minimum assess the situation with your vehicle at minimum, especially if you are a damsel in distress.
The way they put it is, I look at it as; what if it were my wife or my daughter in that situation. Which is very well put. I had broken down hours away from home and stranded. He was able to accommodate for an unfortunate and stressful situation.
I walked away knowing my car was taken care of. I appreciate the work they did for me and my daughter. I would definitely give them business in the future!

I appreciate Giovanni's service, kindness and warm words in my urgent situation. My tire pressure was suddenly low and he fix them right away very kindly in the cold weather. Thank you very much. One of the best auto repair shops.

The people here are amazing! I was recently in the area visiting a friend and ended up being stranded on the side of the road. I was pretty panicked as I am a young girl from Canada and this was my first time ever having car troubles and my first time crossing the boarder on my own. The owner saw me struggling while he was out with his family for lunch and was kind enough to offer me assistance on his day off. Him and his co-worker were both very kind and helped me get back on the road back home. They were super honest and even let me watch and learn a thing or two as I really enjoy learning about this kind of stuff. They even didn’t charge me for the repair, the owner stated that “he would want someone to do the same for his daughter” and honestly it touched my heart. Great to know there is still good genuine people in this world.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spending the day with family enjoying the falls when our Kia started making a horrible banging sound. Rolled into Giovanni’s at 4:45, he hopped into the car, drove it around the block, and immediately knew it was a lose tire. Tightened all the lugs and had us back on the road in 5 minutes, no charge!!! Glad there are still businesses and people like this, who step up when others are in need. Giovanni’s gave us a safe and happy ending to our vacation.

I was vacationing to see the falls. While on the custom line, my 2-year old Kia Sorento began to overheat. I able to drive to a parking lot and tried to get help.I called Giovanni's and he said come over and he'll see what he and his guys could do. He looked at my car and saw the connection to the fan was loose and fixed the issue.He was kindness and compassion to a frantic mom who was hundreds of miles from home!
