Best original clothing & knowledgeable staff that know all the designers & what celebrities wear them. Also clothing that is the owner’s label is incredibly luxurious & well-crafted. Edgy, great attention to detail but classic fitting which is amazing.

the best shopping experience in the area, up there with Melrose in LA and the Lower East Side in NY! always ahead of trends and 100% unique, avant garde designers that will have u stand out in a crowd and have people asking "where did you get that?" the owner and sales staff are ALWAYS beyond helpful and provide a FUN shopping environment, more like trying clothes on in your closet with friends <3

Like most people I've had my share of disappointing consumer experiences, some even quite egregious... but have never been motivated to leave a negative review. The unprofessionalism and disregard shown by the employees at this retailer was shocking. I would look to spend my money elsewhere.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the Free Agent franchise. Earlier today I saw a very tasteless and offensive t-shirt, featuring Mickey Mouse smoking a cigaret with a needle in his arm and a spoon on the ground. I politely called the store to speak with a manager to express concern and my opinions on the shirt. I was not allowed to speak with a manager and was mocked when I voiced my justified opinion. Several hours later this specific location in Niagara Falls NY called me back mimicking the Mickey Mouse character looking to “cop heroin”. I am outraged with the lack of professionalism shown by this locations employees and I hope action is taken not only against the employees but also in the removal of this offensive shirt. The nation wide epidemic of addiction is not something to joke about. Heroin addiction claims life after life on a daily basis while ruining thousands more in the process. If I could rate this store as 0 stars I would.

No matter what YOU think, once you enter this store you will probably see clothing in a style you will NEVER seen elsewhere! Many, if not all, are originals and will never be seen or be available anywhere else. You will probably need to confess at church that you have seen clothing so unique and one-of-a-kind!! Really!!

This is a store where you can find ONE-OF-A-KIND pieces to wear! I have been shopping here for years, and counting! So fresh an unique FREE AGENT offers an array of clothing made by independent designers and amazing customer service. The owner and his staff are beyond wonderful! They have been very informative and helpful finding pieces in their store that are perfect for me! It's like putting on a fashion show in the store! Every outfit I have purchased at FREE AGENT has garnered me so many compliments. People are always asking where I got these pieces from. I have never been in any other store that has made me feel so comfortable and that I know 100% that I wont see other people wearing what I am. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FREE AGENT to anyone looking for that piece no one else has, or to anyone who enjoys individuality in their wardrobe and fashion choices! Go and experience this AMAZING MOVEMENT with the help from the INCREDIBLE STAFF and find your individuality!

Free Agent is a breath of fresh air in a market crowded with fast fashion that’s mass produced in China. Unique and edgy options await, with a staff that is non-judgemental, caring for all people, and helpful. My 12 year old daughter LOVES the boots and top she rocks from Free Agent.

This is by far the most unique and progressive clothing store that has come to the Buffalo area. Talking to the owner has given me a deeper understanding of the fashion industry including how harmful fast fashion is! This local business is exciting, controversial, forward thinking, and incredibly knowledgeable. Can't wait to see them succeed!!!

I absolutely love this store and the staff. They exude positivity and kindness to me everytime I (and any other customer I've seen for that matter) walk in. Also, it's so nice to finally have a store out there where you can own something unique for once. I love their creative ideas for fashion. Free agent rocks!

I have been very pleased with this store & the customer service which has been excellent. There are people leaving inappropriate & inaccurate reviews because they are protesting an item the store no longer carries & the store can do nothing to stop them from purposely lying about their treatment & items available at this store. Many of these people were removed from the Niagara Falls outlet premises for harassment and threatening behavior & this can be verified by the mall security & NFPD.
