Buyer beware. They charge 8% sales tax on footwear. NY state not including NYC is a 4% tax.

With 6 employees on staff I figured someone would be happy to assist customers, I figured wrong. For an 'outlet store' the prices were average to 'regular' store prices. A line of customers waiting to cash out with one cashier at the helm, her several requests for assistance went unanswered while several employees wandered behind the counter yet were seemingly more interested in daydreaming than working. Piss poor service at everyday prices. I gave 2 stars because the cashier had a great attitude despite her inconsiderate coworkers.

I needed sneakers that would go over my foot brace. The sales person was very attentive and found a perfect pair of black sneakers with good enough tread to negotiate Buffalo's snow!

It's my son 8th birthday and he wanted a certain type of sneakers. I went to the galleria mall and they were out of his size but the young lady that was helping me told me that the one in niagara fall outlet has the sneakers. So when I got there they were so helpful in trying to find the sneakers because they just received a shipment so the sneakers were still in the back unpacked. I thanked them so much for even taking the time to locate the sneakers. My son was very happy for his birthday. Everyone love his new kicks. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location to shop to family and friends
