I got a very bad cut from another local salon. I needed a fix as soon as possible. I saw such good reviews on Flawless Hair Salon, so I made an appointment. I was able to get an appointment with Corinne. She is awesome!!! The entire experience was wonderful. I have found my new hair stylist!!!!!!!

Love Flawless Hair! I’ve know the hairstylists there for years, and never had a bad experience. My hairstylist, Paula, is my favorite. I highly recommend this salon and I hope to see it grow and offer even more services some day.

I have waited over a week to write this post hoping that the owner would have returned my message and phone call. I visited the salon about a week and a half ago looking for a new hairstylist. I came in for my appointment and was pleased with the environment very pretty. Long story short I left with a haircut that was not modern and very old school. I did ask for a shorter haircut but the end result was not good. I left feeling ugly and had to buy a baseball hat. I was very upset. The stylist just kept cutting and cutting while she was telling me about her life story about men and the troubles of her life.
You could tell she was angry and was taking it out on my hair. She talked about inappropriate things and my experience was far from a relaxing pampering experience. very unprofessional and I still cannot even style this haircut. It looks like a mushroom. I tried sending an email through the website and contacted the owner and was told she would call me back. Still havent recieved even an apology. Now it will be months until my hair grows back out. Only way to fix this haircut is to rock a pixie and have another stylist fix it. Very disappointed.

Hair looks horrible . Very unprofessional staff . Any extra work seemed like an inconvenience . Another boarded up building in the near future I'm sure .
