Our entire wedding would not have come together to fulfill the sunshiny yellow event of my absolute dreams if it weren’t for Carly and her Evergreen team. It was a no brainer to hire them after the amazing job they did on the florals for my brother’s wedding. She ultimately recommended our amazing wedding planner, Gianna, and the rest of planning was a breeze. It also helped that they are less than five minutes from my parents’ home which was our reception venue. I know yellow is not a typical wedding color, but Carly took everything in my head and made it a reality. Carly made me feel confident that I was not making a mistake with my bolder choices. I legitimately cried when I saw my and my wedding party’s bouquets. Then seeing all the arrangements in my compote vases and the bud vases along the long tables. I could not have asked for more. We have not stopped receiving compliments, it makes us especially giddy to hear the florals looked like something out of a magazine or Pinterest!
My only regret is not getting my bouquet preserved, which I would highly recommend having so that you can look at your florals for the rest of your life. The photos speak for themselves.
Cannot recommend Evergreen enough.

Initially when my sister and mom came in to setup the details for her wedding they were very specific in what their vision for the wedding flowers entailed. It was made known that the bride wanted a large and full boutique! But when the day of the wedding arrived, it was a complete disaster!All the flowers were to be delivered to the hotel before noon. At noon, we still had not received the flowers. It was about 12:15pm the bridesmaids and MOH’s flowers finally arrived at the door and they were not what we had discussed. The Brides Boutique was extremely small, wilted, and not what was discussed. The rest of the bouquets for the MOH and bridesmaids were incredibly small and most of the flowers were falling over when we removed them from the box.Then when we arrived at the church at 1 pm- I was advised by the Best Man that they had no boutonnières. As the MOH, I called the florist to advise them of this and I was very rudely told my flowers had been delivered and the lady I spoke to told me she would call back. Upon a call back from the shop, the older lady told me that they were delivered to the church. This was not not discussed and she made it my fault. While speaking to the lady, I expressed my disappointment with the flowers and was told that I needed to be more careful with the flowers and the reason they could be wilted was due to my negligence. While speaking to her, I was extremely professional and said I took photos and she again had an attitude and stated that we must have left them near a window because they were fine when they left the shop. The way this shop interacts with their customers is DISGUSTING!On top of those issues, the mother of the bride and groom corsages fell apart and wilted within an hour of getting them. The grooms boutonnieres also fell apart and a flower from one of the boutiques had to be used for the ceremony and the reception.Then when we arrived at the reception, the flowers on the stairwell were not impressive and the display at the sweetheart table was embarrassing. This florist used the bare minimum of flowers, but made sure to charge an arm and a leg!Absolute WORST decision ever made to have this florist be a part of such a special day for my sister!If you are in the Niagara Falls, Lewiston, or Cambria area I would not recommend Evergreen Florist! BEWARE!

Our reception florals were absolutely stunning! Carlee did an incredible job creating centerpieces for all our tables, a beautiful garland and bouquet for our head table, and a gorgeous accent to our head table backdrop. She was able to take the photos we sent her, and make our vision a reality at a great price. Highly recommend Evergreen Floral to all for their wedding!

Ordered flowers for a funeral, close friend’s daughter. Heartbreaking. I informed Carly pink was the theme. I was receiving calls that night from friends who saw the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful just like laura Marie!

Disappointed. Although the staff is very friendly, I was very disappointed with my wedding flowers. I am not sure if they messed up the order, but about 10 months before the wedding we sat down to discuss the arrangements, bouquets, etc. For the money I paid, it was not worth it. I asked for all roses, white/ivory. What we got were all different types of flowers. I asked for a large old fashioned bouquet. And for 175$ I received a very small bouquet, again maybe two roses, and then other flowers. I wanted something large so i could re use it on my head table, but the bouquet was too sad for that. Nothing seemed as what we discussed, so I’m just a little disappointed with what I got.

Absolutely fantastic service! Flowers are so fresh and beautiful and they also keep for a very long time as well. My family ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral and Anna was very helpful and was able to get a beautiful arrangement put together at a moments notice. She even personally delivered it 30+ minutes away from their shop which I was very grateful for, especially at such short notice. My boyfriend has also gotten me a few arrangements and I am always amazed at how beautiful they are. I just had to toss my bouquet from Valentine's day!!! they lasted over a month! I can't recommend Evergreen enough!

When my mother passed away suddenly I was so upset I completely forgot to orders flowers. The day before the service when I realized I’d forgotten I called the flower shop and they were so helpful. Not only did everything look beautiful, but they managed to get all yellow roses which were my mother’s favorite. Throughout the service friends and family commented several times how beautiful everything looked and that my Mother would have been so pleased with a the yellow roses.

I had my mothers service this past weekend. Started off when I placed the order and asked the lady to please call me back to confirm payment was received she never did.. i stoped in to make sure payment was received and for my receipt.. I placed the Roses for the urn not only did they short me in roses but it also was not in pink and red as I requested and stayed on my receipt. This is a very difficult time for people and the amount of money paid I would think the order would have been correct
