“I haven't always had the best of luck at this location but recently I had a phone screen shattered and had to use my insurance to acquire another phone everybody from the people at 611 to Luis at the counter not only helped me with my insurance claim and receiving my new phone but I brought it in and pad luis download all my stuff from one phone to the other phone. He was beyond professional and courteous to me and all the other customers that came in, it was a trying situation because I am not the most patient person sometimes. 10 stars to Luis”

“My mom and I had a recent experience and had to get mom a new phone plan. Kevin, Pat, and JeffHelped us. They actually sat with us for about 4 hours to get everything perfect. They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “This was my first time stopping at this location and I had a good experience. It's very modern with a touch screen slurpee and coffee machine. I haven't seen that since my trip to Pennsylvania more than a year ago. It also offers a Vanilla & Mocha Nitro brew machine; the vanilla is delicious. This location has a wide selection in a decent size store. Gas prices are competitive with Speedway across the street. I'll definitely stop by this location more often.”

“This 7-11 is conveniently located very close to Four Point by Sheraton Niagara Falls (where I'm staying the night!) Our local Yelper, Bryan M. from previous review is right, the store owner and staff there are very friendly people. I remember going in and the staff gave me the biggest smile :D The store is very clean, well organized, and items are in stock... it makes the shopping experience even better *thumbs up*! Maybe because we are in the states, they seem to have EVERYTHING of every kind! They even have MORE Arizona drink flavours! The only place I see that variety in Toronto is probably at Leslieville Pumps! Oh and they also have a HUGE vending machine next to the entrance that sells scratch and win cards! It threw me off a little bit lol. But I guess it's not as weird as Japan selling underwear (panties) in vending machines lmaooo. But I guess that would be quite convenient too, right 7-11? XD”

“Absolutely the best 7-Eleven I've been to. They are stocked, clean, (not sure why people said otherwise - I see them clean everytime I'm there) and great variety of products. It's busy at times but has the best coffee in town right now for under 2 bucks and using mobile checkout is so quick.

I got a simple, functional Slate color location, slate microwave. I just love it straight on easy. Also Ian their installer Was efficient personable and knowledgeable.
