I went to get oil changed, brakes checked and headlight fixedDunn installed brakes in June but somehow my rotors were now warped. Free replacementOne of my headlights were out.. I was handed a bunch of papers stating it was a recall and I’d have to have dealer fixThis recall was for high beams. My high beams worked fine.I asked if they could put a bulb in as it was a safety hazard and illegal to drive with one headlight. I was told noI had to take car to dealership. It was only that the headlight ‘plug’ came lose. Plugged back in securely by dealership.Nothing to do with a recall!!If Dunn had taken a minute to look at this headlight they would have seen the issue. I was the last car out of the shop at 4:20, they closed at 4:00.I believe they just didn’t want to take the time to look at headlight. This will be my last time at Dunn!

Dunn Tires employee's are very customer service friendly. They are fast and offer alot of extra things if you buy tires from them which I didn't know. Making appointments online is helpful.

I needed a tire for my 2018 Honda hrv. Unfortunately i could not buy one and had yo get a new set. The management was accommodating and explained everything to me. Didn't push expensive tires and were very friendly. I am glad I went there.

It took 2.5 hours for 4 tires, an oil change and an inspection. They tried to "sell" almost $1,200 dollars of "recommended" service. Tires are quality, but frankly I can get them anywhere. Probably without the wasted time or salesmanship.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3pm. I got out of the store at 5:15. They said they only had one lift to accommodate my car. If that’s the case then don’t schedule me at that time. No apology !

They forgot to put my wheel covers back on and 2 of my brand new tires are low when I left. They told me it needs to recalibrate. Later in the day I filled them and they were low. The sensor is still saying 28 lbs in both. I went back in today and they told me it still needs to reset and there is nothing they can do. My car gives me instant tire pressure… it says after 15mph it resets the TPMS sensor. I’m not sure what’s going on… if it goes away I’ll update my one stars. But I don’t get why two tires are perfect but two are off. You would think they all would be off.UPDATE - They reached out to me. I let them know I was going to go to a different location and they told me they would let them know I was coming. They did no know about me when I got there, but they checked the pressure of all 4 tires for me. The car was showing the passenger sides were low, but in reality it was the drivers side. Looks like they forgot to fill 2 tires all the way. I will stay away from the NF one in the future, and probably just go to a different DT location. Happy it is now fixed.

This review is no reflection of the staff at this location, as they were most curtious and sympathetic to my issue, but rather Dunn Tire as a whole...I got a flat tire from a pot hole while getting off the highway near Walden Galleria. I had my BMW X3 towed to Dunn Tire (Niagara Falls, NY) the next morning at a cost of $200+ as they had my exact tire on their website with a price and cost for installment. Unfortunately I learned while only at Dunn that they did not have this tire, nor did they have any tire or any solution for me to get back on the road....so I was stuck. I called BMW of Buffalo and had my vehicle re-towed for another $200+ and they were able to source the tire from a tire distributor in Rochester. I am not sure why Dunn could not get the required tire from a distributor, as I thought they were one of the largest and best in Buffalo....Oh well, lesson learned!Wasted a good 24 hours, but BMW of Buffalo managed to get me back on the road so I could get back home in Canada safe & sound!

I got a flat tire on our trip to Buffalo and went to Dunn tires. I was in need of new tires anyway but needed a specific tire size which they had on hand but was only in town for a day. They installed the new tires no problem in short notice. Helpful and quick which I appreciated after already being delayed.

Never go to this Dunn tire location!!!I had an appointment on 8/17 at 10:00 am to purchase 4 new tires and have an alignment done (which according to the paperwork was free).I arrived at 9:50 and was asked if I was going to wait and asked how long the service would take. I said yes I was waiting (might walk to Target next door) and was told the service would take about 2 hours. I was sold some valve stem item for $8.48 per tire (not sure if this was necessary or not) and offered some $20 / tire replacement thing which I refused. The tires I purchased were not cheap - good Firestone tires ($190 / tire). After about 1.5 hours I was told the tires were done and they were waiting for a bay to do the alignment and that it would be about 45 more minutes. After another 1.5 hours I was called inside where I was told by the man at the counter (who clearly did not know what he was talking about as he was reading from the estimate sheet) that the alignment could not be completed as the rear lateral control arm was seized - which I find hard to believe as the car is only a few years old, has been well taken care of, and had a NYS inspection in June - and that they could not complete the alignment. He said don't worry we won't charge you for the alignment - keep in mind the alignment was supposed to be free! This supposed needed repair would be over $1100!At this point - 4 hours after I arrived - after being told it would only be about 2 hours, I was extremely frustrated and angry, paid and left. I will be taking the car to my own mechanic to be checked out.

Customer service was excellent…both representatives were very professional and knowledgeable. I have only driven on the new tires for approximately 40 miles, but I have noticed an unusual noise coming from the passenger side front tire while exiting the I190 on right turn exit ramps and some vibration in the steering wheel. Also on the I190 at speed (65 mph) there is some vibration felt in the steering wheel. It’s like a large stone is in the tire tread. I have checked the torque of each lug nut…it is good. I plan on visiting the NF Dunn Tire Store tomorrow.

What I was most happy about is they were able to get me the very next day after I called. Very professional and all around great experience. My car rides so much better now and with winter coming, I know I am safer driving with these new tires. Thank you!

I always buy my tires at DUNN TIRE. The value and service has been amazing for me for many years. I have many of my repairs done at the Niagara Falls facility as well. My experience with those repairs has been awesome as well. My latest visit was brakes, they did a great job on those brakes and much of the cost was still covered under warranty so that worked out very well for me also!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good pricing on the tires I purchased. Thought the wait time was a little long due to staffing and equipment availability. Overall service was very good and I would not hesitate to use them for future service.

We were visiting Niagara and caught a flat over the holiday weekend. Received a message from the local Dunn Tire at 730am. Had a fresh set of tires, reasonably priced and back on the road to our next destination by 10am. Saved the day so we were not late. Thank you Dunn Tire!
