I really appreciate the costumer service I receive at every visit. Staff are always pleasant, patient, and informative. I never feel like it’s phony. And at a time when the service industry can either feel beat down or generic, it’s nice to be treated as a real person by real people. Staff consistently offer fair advice and prompt service. Oh, and the work on my cars is always solid! I’m a repeat costumer and don’t see that changing.

Have been there multiple times for tire repair. Every time acknowledged with be right with you, with pleasant desk personnel. Very efficient getting repairs done correctly. wait time is reasonable in very nice, clean waiting room. Always a thank you for your business.

Niagara Falls shop Do inventory of your stuff before and after you bring your vehicle there because I had something stolen out of my trunk and I also asked to save a really good tire for my spare and I didn’t even get that I guess you can’t have an honest mechanic work on your car dirtbags (very disappointed )
