From the person answering the phone and all the techs, Dr. Mike are a pleasure to deal with.
But the most important they keep all our little Fur babies happy and healthy.

We loved Dr.Mike when we had our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer Gucci. He would always tell us that she was a beautiful dog in peak condition and I wish we could have taken her there right before she died but circumstances prevented us and the vet who helped us end her suffering didn't even send us a conference card after we paid them to end her suffering from an inoperable brain tumor ?

We have gone to Dr. Mike's for many years for both dogs and cats. Dr. Mike and his staff are always patient in explaining what kind of treatment is needed.

Made an appointment over the phone with little waiting time as lots of availability. The location is on the old Sears-side of Summit Mall; although there’s a sign, each business in this plaza looks identical. No wait time when I arrived. No accessible entrance which makes it difficult when lugging carriers. There is a very offensive odor at the reception desk; not an animal odor and not a chemical smell. Staff were inured to the odor, but it was quite strong and disgusting. Wait time for vet was short. “Free” visit cost $100, but I could have refused the flea control. All staff were polite and made eye contact. Don’t know if I would return to this veterinary clinic as the smell was so repulsive.
