Dr. Devantier is truly amazing. Best dentist anyone could ever ask for, and I'm a total baby when it comes to my teeth! She's very very professional and obviously knows her stuff, but on a personal note she's also very kind, caring, and empathic. I'd recommend her to ANYONE. I used to work in Niagara Falls and would go to her right after work; it would take me only 5 minutes to get to her office. Then 20 years ago I went to work in Amherst (and moved there too), and now it takes me almost 30 minutes to get to her office - but she's so worth it! I'd drive an hour to go to her.

If you go to Dr. Devantier, request to not have Karen work on you. She is a very weird and rude person, i felt trapped listening to her rambles and complaints. She should not work with people.

Dr Christopher Englert is a horrible dentist. I paid for a porcelain dental bridge and he unethically put in a zirconia bridge. I had a terrible allergic reaction. He would not remove it . I had to go to another dentist that wasn't unethical to have it removed.

I went to get a molar extracted on Wednesday that I was scheduled to have extracted last spring by Dr DeRose. The office was closed last Spring because of covid and I hadn't rescheduled till earlier this week. The nurse looked in my mouth, told me it looked like a simple extraction, asked me to put my mask back on and she'd be back with the dentist. Dr DeRose didn't even look in my mouth, told me he wasn't going to pull the tooth and wants me to see and oral surgeon in Williamsville and gave me an antibiotic. There is no inflammation or pain, no reason given other then hes not doing it, and the antibiotic would stop any pain I have. Well its not pain, its sensitive because the root is exposed from my periodontal disease. I asked if there was a closer practice I could go to through his receptionist Jillian, for its winter and the Williamsville practice is 25 miles away. She insisted that there wasn't, unless I paid full price because my insurance wouldn't cover the cost with any other local oral surgeon. I went through my provider list on my dental insurance website and found a local practice that accepts my insurance but they requested the referral from Dr DeRose. Jillian and DeRose REFUSED TO GRANT THE REFERRAL TO ANY OTHER ORAL SURGEON THEN THE PRACTICE THEY WANTED ME TO GO TO! And she furthermore bad mouthed the practice I requested the referral to be sent to. Today, I was able to pick up my x-rays from Jillian, but even after reporting this to my dental insurance, they still refused to grant the referral. I will not be returning to this practice and I do not advise anyone else to see this doctor. I cant speak on the other dentists at this practice because I didn't see them. Allison, DeRose's hygienist is phenomenal. But I can no longer support this practice after the way I was treated.

I was a patient of my previous dentist's practice for over 30 years. When he retired he sold that practice to a local practice with multiple locations. The care they provided did not meet my expectations. I found Dr Vaughn at Dental Care Associates through a recommendation on a social media page for my local community. The facility is very modern and clean. Social distancing and hygiene procedures are in place. The staff is friendly and attentive. I was taken back to an exam room promptly at my appointment time. I was initially seen by a dental assistant who asked me questions pertaining to my current issue and took an X-ray. A few minutes later Dr. Vaughn came in and introduced herself. She discussed my issue clearly and then addressed the matter. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Her demeanor put me at ease. I was comfortable through out the process. I have a follow up appointment and cleaning booked. I would recommend Dr. Vaughn to those looking for a dentist. My wife who has a phobia about going to the dentist will be moving to Dr. Vaughn too in the near future and I feel that she too will be comfortable there.

So as I venture out on my lovely Tri Care Prime Remote journey, in this land of the lost, this land without Soldiers.... I find myself being "Red" for dental. Just some background here: The Army tracks closely your medical readiness. Part of that is dental. Without going into all the different categories, just know that in a perfect world, ZERO dental issues, you have to get a full check up, cleaning and X-Rays once yearly. So that's what I was in for. The facility is nice. The hours are great. The staff is amazing! Loooooved my dental hygienist. She was a lot of fun. And did a great job. And call me a s****** but I can never hear enough how perfect my teeth are. Now maybe not perfectly white like the teeth in a cigarette advertisement... but I mean, when I dentist digs around in your mouth and compliments more than once how amazing your teeth are, it makes a fella feel nice. 36 years on earth. No cavities, fillings, braces, Bridges, root canals, caps, grills, fronts, backs whatever... perfection. And now that I have found this great dentist and I'm still on the Army's duke, my teeth will stay great!
