“The manager is amazing! Always going above and beyond for the customer and the store! I would miss her if she ever left this store! She is so amazing, she should be considered for a Regional Manager position!!The only issues I have are that some of the newer cashier's don't wear name tags or store uniforms! I can't tell if they work there, until they get to the register! Some of the employees don't wear masks, even though the manager requires them too, for everyone's safety! My only other concern is that some.of the staff can not count out change very well! I paid my bill for $3.74 with a $10 bill, and my change was $6.26....the gentleman must have put the bill I paid with in register wrong, because he was stumped when it came to the correct change to return to me. I had to tell him how much was due back to me, and I didn't use a calculator, because it's such simple math!!! You should add a quick math portion to your Application process, and another math type test during the interview process, to make sure they can do simple math, without a calculator, and in front of the manager! It boggles my mind that young adults can't seem to do simple math anymore! That can be dangerous for a buissness, especially with such a high volume of customers and cash transactions!”
“This was one of the best looking stores I have ever gone into. When I say best looking, I mean, every item on every shelf was in order, every item was faced (labels were all facing me) as I went down each aisle, and the employees were very courteous and personable. The manager on duty when I was there has the perfect name; Angel, and she was true to her name. Thank you so much for the hard work and commitment you and your staff have put into this store, your store, our store. WELL DONE!, WELL DONE!, WELL DONE!”

“I personally love that family Dollar it's like my second home seriously I literally spend my entire paycheck in that store not on purpose tho I just get out of control lol but there are some times I go to the store and the shelves are completely empty so it is either they need more helpers or it's just the employees that they have their now that doesn't do there JOB RIGHT I been trying to get a job there since they were on main street and it is like they don't hire honest workers well that's all I have to say about that store”

“Needed some containers for a project I'm trying to complete. I viewed what I needed on YouTube and I was afraid when I arrived to purchase them they wouldn't be available but to my surprise they were there. I also purchased a few more items. This store never disappoints. Even though the price went up I'll still purchase what I need”
