I've been going to Delta sonic for years, I usually get a quick hand wax. However, in the fall, I received an email for a Clay bar of the paint followed by a ceramic coating.Brought the car in on November 4, it was a rainy day and it was very quiet in there so I assumed I would get quality service. After they had finished with my car, I went and looked, and it was obvious that they had not used enough liquid with their clay bar machine to do the proper job, basically, my paint job was trashed! The "supervisor" came over said there was nothing they could do about it And that it was like that when I brought it in.I hate being called a liar! I filed a claim, then immediately took it to a body shop, and the first thing he said was, "oh, you took it to Delta sonic" it's obvious what they did.Two or three days later I receive an email denying all responsibility of course. I am immediately sent in the information and an estimate from the repair facility about the cost to repair my paint $500. On November 9, I received an email saying that they had received my information and I would hear from them in 3 to 4 days. It is now November 29, I've called them twice a week, gotten every excuse in the book why I haven't heard from anybody. Today, I spoke with the nastiest little man named Sean, who supposedly is working customer service! When I told him I had been waiting for three weeks, he told me, well, we could just deny your claim if you're not happy. Thank you for nothing Sean.It's fairly obvious that I am going to have to take them to court in order to get my paint repaired. No I do not recommend Delta sonic. And if you have to file a complaint, don't bother! Because they will do nothing.

An update:Thank you to Taylor C. and your team for making up for the previous visit! We were able to get a re-do of the previous service and they even threw in an extra service for the inconvenience. Taylor let me know that they wouldn't be there, but made sure that another manager knew exactly what we needed. That is the right way to do customer service! The car looks great and we are very happy.Original post:My fiance and I were at this location last week. We paid $40.00 for the Super Interior Steamed & Sanitized service. We asked them if they could clean the trunk and they said the would. However, the trunk was never touched. The floor mats were cleaned very thoroughly, but that was about it. When the car was returned, the attendant left her rags in the car. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the form isn't working. Very disappointed.

Car washes have come a long way. Took our Challenger R/T through and I didn't have to wipe down any part of the car afterward. Too bad they don't have car washes like this in CT.

Great service! Oil change in and out in 20min. ( I am sure this depends on the time of day you are there, as I have had some long waits). Elvis, Vinny and Lindz not only made appropriate recommendations, but also showed me where things were going well.Overall a great experience, staff was friendly and always had a smile, even when we went through for a car was where Liz waited on us.

Got a flat tire outside by the gas pumps. Called and spoke to Lyndsie who says she's a manager of sorts, she was very rude. Within the hour I located a tire to fit my vehicle and returned to change it, but my jack wasn't working. Asked a very nice young man if they had a floor jack we could use for a moment. He returned to help within minutes and began to Jack up the vehicle. Within minutes Miss Lyndsie flew over on her broom telling her employee the jack won't work and I needed a tow and even if we moved it to the lift she couldn't lift it. Telling everyone how she was an expert for 25 years.. Some expert apperently she doesn't know how to use a jack. After costing extra money to an already stranded citizen a very nice man jacked it up within seconds. I think delta should at least train their "Man"angers how to Jack a car if they are going to be working in the lube and tire dept.Service: Tires

Elvis Vinny and Jon were all super pleasant! Told me all of the recommendations and were so helpful with everything during my oil change. Even shared some very insightful information we weren’t made aware of !Every time I come for an oil change I am never disappointed!

Have been bringing our 2011 Toyota 4Runner here for years. Never a bad experience or, the biggest, Pushy Salesmen!!! I say no, they are cool with and move to the next item. Elvis, River & Vinny were working on my truck today -oil change and tire rotation. From greeting, getting me out of the bay safely, to payment a great experience and better - an awesome bunch at Delta. Keep up the great work!!

Went in today for an oil change and it couldn’t have gone quicker or more seamlessly! Carlos always is so thorough and helpful for oil changes, and with Vinny’s help everything went so smooth. The great customer service is what brings me back every time :)

So this morning was very rough for me. I woke up to take my son to school and noticed that I had a flat on the way. My gas tank almost on E, my phone battery on 10% I didn’t know what to do. I decided to pull into delta where you can vacuum your car out on the inside. I guess I was going to try to fill my tire to at least get him to school. Well I get out and notice my tire is now off the rim ?A very nice guy named Randy stopped what he was doing at work and came over and didn’t hesitate to start helping me. He’s running back and forth grabbing all these tools. He changed my tire and put my spare on without even blinking his eyes. I just want to shout him out really quick. He didn’t have to stop what he was doing. It is so heartwarming to see how genuine people can still be. He gave me advice on what I should do after everything. A nice guy John also stepped in to help a bit. Also shout out to Randy’s parents. They did a great job raising a very nice young man!

I called because I needed an inspection done. Carlos O. customer service skills are A+ He took care from start to finish. Great customer service is rare these days so when you have it, it needs to be recognized because all people do nowadays is complain.When the time comes, I will be sure to return to the Niagara Falls location for an oil change. Carlos O. at the Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls location is their best employee. The service was wonderful and he was very knowledgeable, kind and funny. He deserves a raise! I would definitely recommend him and this location of Delta Sonic.Services: Vacuuming

Went for a car wash and got the subscription plan with Seth. Did a great job in his pitch and was clear and confident in the product he was selling. Polite and not pushy. Well done Seth. Only got the subscription because of him.
