If the sign and website says you’re open at 7 on weekends, I expect to pull up and the doors are open at 7. Second time now that I have come on a weekend morning and they opening employee is late. By excess of a half and hour/45mins. Ridiculous. Other than that, it’s a fine gym. But seriously, dozens of people trying to get an early morning workout in and they’re all waiting in the parking lot. I get employees get sick but the company should have a backup plan.

If you cancel your membership make sure you check your statements or cancel your credit card, because they will continue to charge you and refuse to help you in any way on the phone

I liked going there but the got rid of being open 24 hours after Covid so I stopped going would definitely go back if they made it 24 hours again

Came here to workout multiple times and policy is to scan cards and/or sign in when you walk in but was given attitude when 5 plus people are all at the counter having personal conversations with the workers. The staff and people at the counter talking were extremely rude when pointed out to them. I understand policy but if personal conversations are being had maybe they should do that away from where people have to sign in. I love the gym environment so I will still continue to be a patron of the gym.

should have read the reviews about them ripping people off before I joined. they promise promotions that they don't honor and charge you for an extra month if you decide to cancel your membership. I got a membership February 22nd on a promotion that I was told lasted until April first but was charged full price on march first. when I called to inquire why, I was mocked and laughed at. lesson learned. never again

Half the cardio machines don’t even work, and make sure you don’t get scammed! Clearly it’s a thing with crunch. Should have read the reviews first!

I stopped in yesterday wondering if they had any affordable training for seniors and spent about 20 minutes with two very nice brunette women asking questions. They explained I could do a pack of 10 30 min training sessions for $199 and set me up for a message w their trainer D'Angelo. I went home and worked on my budget- gas, etc and found a way to get the money. Next morning, met with D'Angelo- a very nice guy- who spent about 30 min showing me some basics. I was starting to get excited. Then, he explained my training would cost $279 a month! I told him I scraped together the money for the package described to me by the front desk and he drew a blank and said he knew of no offer like that. He spoke to his boss, came back and confirmed I was misinformed by both people. ( both employees had worked there a long time). I asked to see Jay- the training director/manager and he said the same thing. I told him that was Bait&Switch. He shrugged his shoulders and I left. No ethics. Glad I found out about this place before I left my current gym. This IS bait and switch and I think the atty general will agree with me. Calling him now!
