New here came with a friend My review is for the cleaner not the whole gym!!
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible work of the cleaning lady at this gym i believe her name is Jamie I’m not sure. The equipment is always wiped down, the floors are consistently clean, and high-traffic areas like the locker rooms and woman’s restrooms are maintained.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows. Not only does the gym look and smell fresh while she’s there, but I also feel more comfortable and safe knowing how well it’s being taken care of. Cleaners often working behind the scenes, but their efforts make a huge difference in the overall experience.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication it doesn’t go unnoticed! And hopefully your management acknowledges it too!

Eli is really encouraging and helpful with the goals that I have set. He’s always willing to help me out when I need it. I really recommend everyone to book him.

On 5/1/2024 a member, a complete stranger, made comments about me being “out of shape” in the locker room. I brought this up to Crunch staff who downplayed this as “joking around” and did nothing. I cancelled my membership on the same day. This place advertises a judgment free zone but does nothing about members who make comments about other people’s appearances and act like schoolyard bullies. If you’re looking to get in shape or feel better about yourself go somewhere else. I have never been insulted by another member at a gym like this and the response from Crunch was enabling this member’s hurtful and discriminatory behavior. If you are looking for a supportive environment to improve yourself this is not it.

The gym is VERY clean and spacious. The staff is really nice and the price is not bad. I get to bring a workout buddy with me for free everytime I go to the gym. And the aqua massage is AWESOMESAUCE!!! Nice and relaxing after a good workout. Come and see!

If the sign and website says you’re open at 7 on weekends, I expect to pull up and the doors are open at 7. Second time now that I have come on a weekend morning and they opening employee is late. By excess of a half and hour/45mins. Ridiculous. Other than that, it’s a fine gym. But seriously, dozens of people trying to get an early morning workout in and they’re all waiting in the parking lot. I get employees get sick but the company should have a backup plan.

If you cancel your membership make sure you check your statements or cancel your credit card, because they will continue to charge you and refuse to help you in any way on the phone

I have been attending this gym for many years and consider it one of the best in Niagara County!Friendly staffClean (most of the time)Definitely a gym feel environment, not to over the top fancy.They have upgraded.Only thing the company could use is a pool.

I liked going there but the got rid of being open 24 hours after Covid so I stopped going would definitely go back if they made it 24 hours again
