I called to get a question answered and the lady I'm not sure if she's having a bad day she hung up quickly and was rude like if you have zero customer service skills don't work customer service I will not be shopping at your store any time soon. Could have said have a nice day but she hung up quickly like what type of customer service skills do you have?

Amazing Service ! Girl who helped me few days ago was awesome unfortunately I forgot her name but you know who you are ? and thank you for helping me buy crocs for my dad .
I live across the border and wanted to buy my dad some crocs and next time I wanna buy croc will definitely go back to this store first before anywhere else ?

Had a great experience buying my daughter’s first ever crocs today! The group of young adults working at this store were so helpful with sizes and helping my 4 year old pick out a fun pair of shoes. It was refreshing to see such great customer service at a store!

Great selection but really disappointing prices for an outlet store. The prices were the same if not more than the prices found online. When I asked about joining the croc club to save 15% (as seen online) I was told the store was a different entity than the website.

Very rude, tried buying 4 pairs of crocs and treated me like I was robbing the place. I wear crocs every day and was even wearing them at the time. Will shop online and never in store.

Very disappointed with Crocs Canada customer service and the Niagara On The Lake location. I purchased a pair of ladies Brooklyn sandals a month ago at my local Crocs store in Niagara On The Lake. The left shoe is broken and clearly defective. When I went to the store to exchange the shoes they told me I needed my original receipt. I paid cash for the shoes along with a pair for my daughter and the jibbitz spending over $200.00. They refused to help me and told me I am out of luck. After waiting on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes I was connected with a lady who seemed to want to help me it was 5:00pm when I finally got through and they are only open until 5pm. She took my email address and said she would address with her manager as I offered to send pictures of the defective shoe. At 5:05pm the phone was disconnected and I never received the email as promised. I am very upset as I paid $69.00 + HST for these shoes and absolutely loved them, which is why I did not keep the receipt. This is unacceptable customer service and I’m warning others do not spend your hard earned money on this company as they do not care about there customers.

So Many crocsOnly negative is that they didn't have a price on the jibbitz so when I cashed out seeing 5 bucks per jibbet was a little shocking.
