Staff are very unhelpful and rude. I would'd rather burn my money than them making any commission monry from me. I've been there many time before. They were very happy to take my money when it was effortless for them to help me. The person referred me to customer service. I politely stated that i don't have a phone to use to call customer service and that i that i was talking to the store manager himself would greatly appreciate if they can help me to contact them. The person stated that it wasn't his problem and that i should leave the store. The irony it was the manager whom i was speaking to

I went into the store to figure out how to buy a new phone as the website wasn't working for me. Instead of helping me purchase a phone he only changed the billing address which was a problem because I'm not the account holder, just one of the phones on it. Then he couldn't change it back, and didn't bother asking me if I was interested in buying a phone in store. So I left with no phone, no help, and he messed up the billing to top it all off. Worst customer service.

Worst experience ever!!! Ive been woth cricket 10 years now and I used to love it, had to upgrade my phone as my old one broke and the girl sold me the phone and a phone case and the neo cover but did NOT inform me i was getting all the extra stuff as i already had my own phone and screen protectors then when i informed her i didnt want those things I was told I could only get my upgrade price if i got the wholw lot (the phone case was $37... Thats alot for something I can NOT USE!!!) Then when I asked for the packaging for the case so I could return it at another place she blatantly refused to give me the box so that I can't return it... I will in fact beinh looking to take my phone business elsewhere as I feel it was a serious wrong doing and the location I usuallu use did inform me that I did NOT have to use the extra stuff but the cashier gets additional credits for the extra stuff she uses and sells.
