I have NEVER contacted a store about anything but the two girls working in your Charlotte Russe store at the Fashion Outlets in Niagara Falls, were horrendous. The first girl, straight hair fake lashes, first rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to let my 12 YEAR OLDS try on the clothes they wanted. She snottily retorted, "Our fitting rooms are closed", huffed at me and then added we're short staffed. I politely said Cmon I live over an hour away, why are the rooms closed? (not to mention they were only standing behind the counter talking the entire time and on their phones). She gave me a dirty look and said ugghhh if I have to let you in I have to let others in and I'm not doing that there's only 2 of us. Hastily, she said this is what happens in retail when we're short. They can try on the clothes over the clothes they're wearing.
How disgusting to be treated like this! Fortunely I do know retail and now I understand one of the reasons this company is going bankrupt. Aerie can be down to ONE employee and customers are never treated like trash and yes they are allowed in the fitting rooms! My daughters had to try on clothes in the open, which I'm looking into legally about that issue. They continued to talk amongst themselves about how terrible I was and then sat on their phones. There were only 3 other people in the store!
I have never seen nor experienced people as terrible as the one. Shame on you guys for even allowing employees to act like this.
I will be sending out reviews and placing this whole incident on social media. Maybe the news can do a piece on the lack of respect and ignorance towards people who are in customer service and how your company finds it suitable for 12 year olds be forced to try on clothes in the OPEN!!!

Friendly staff always available if need them, clothes are reasonable price always have beautiful clothes if I could I'd definitely give alot more star's?

The Worst attention ever! 4 staff Girls were talking and got upset when a customer asked for help. I asked for a new pair of shoes that I was actually going to buy and they didn't even looked for them! They just said probably that is the Last one. They all had a terrible attitude. Mr manager kick them out for the store's sake.
