CBI is great - they take a photo of the package and shipping label which makes it helpful to identify what packages have been received. I've been using CBI since ~2018 and they have been fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience with CBI USA in Niagara Falls, NY. Dave, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to allow us to pick up our package after the store had closed. His effort and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The store itself is also very well organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. Thanks again, Dave, for the excellent service!

Dave is helpful and friendly at the CBI US store. He stayed late to accommodate us to pick up our package. The store is large, clean and well organized.

I am super lucky to have benefited from my family’s mailbox at this business over the past decade plus. These reviews really aren’t too good to be true! CBI is efficiently run like a well-oiled machine, and even when it’s packed wall to wall with Canadians making a Pilgrimage to Target on a Saturday afternoon, it’s always super easy to get in and out hassle-free. If you’re not sold yet: several items I simply assumed were lost to the shipping nightmares of 2020 at no fault of this business ended up being found and returned to me in pristine condition, they answer communications lightning fast, and staff are honestly SO nice there. WNYers are always so much nicer than any Ontarian (if you know you know!) and these guys are definitely living proof. Please support this business! Unlike getting charged wild duties by CanPo, these guys will never scam you. Thank you so much CBI on behalf of the whole family.

Amazing service for cross border shoppers. Just one suggestion, is it possible to have a weekend pickup window, for example the first Saturday every month, that will be greatly helpful for customers like myself who has to book a day off to cross the boarder to get my stuff.
