Store is clean, staff is friendly, however the store is in an outlet mall and they had nothing different than any regular Bath and Body. In an "outlet", I'd expect to see past scents that can no longer be purchased because it's for inventory that hadn't sold. I wouldn't consider this an outlet by any means. Felt like a wasted trip.

Staff was not out in the floor helping like other locations, it’s nice when you see them trying to interact with their customers, sometimes makes us get in and out with products we like.. faster

Place is clean and nicely organized. Staff was OK. Standing around talking amongst themselves. They have very few travel items and given it is the outlet mall in Niagara falls u would think with visitors they would have a ton of travel sized options. I had coupons for free travel item and wanted to use.
