Tom is amazing! Such a nice guy and does wonderful work. My fiancé and I had custom wedding rings made, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they turned out!!! Tom is so patient and kind and really listens to what we want and knows how to execute it the best way possible. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Fixed a clasp that was broken off on a large chain that multiple other jewelry stores said they could not fix it. Other stores said I needed a new clasp that was $300+. Baileys said no problem had it back in 2 days looking like brand new for $110 This place is a no brainer for jewelry repair.

I highly recommend Baileys for jewelry repair, inspection or shopping! Quality repairs are done in the store for a reasonable price. Stopped in to Baileys today to have my rings checked and my Dad's watch fixed. All done in about 15 minutes. The Baileys are always so pleasant and helpful. Stop in and see for yourself!

SHORT VERSION: Phenomenal work, outstanding customer service, the most reasonable prices I've found from Central PA to Niagara Falls. Go to Bailey's for your jewelry repair needs. Incredible shop that also sells beautiful and unique jewelery in a wide range of affordable prices. THE DETAILS: I seriously cannot say enough positive things about the service at Bailey's. It is a small family owned business (I've talked to father, mother, and son during my visits) and they sincerely care about their customers. I had lost the stone to my engagement ring only 6 months after recieving it and Bailey's fixed it. It's beautiful and no problems here 2 years later. I had a family ring which I had beat up and damaged a stone (yes, I'm hard on my jewelry!). I had it resized, stone replaced, and the prongs were built back up. Honestly it looks better than when I got it new. My stepmother had two rings (see photos) that other jewelers said they couldn't fix or if they could it would be X-number of dollars (too much)! I drove those rings from central Pennsylvania to Bailey's. Not only were the heirloom rings fixed and looked like new but it was done for a VERY REASONABLE price. I literally teared up when I saw the completed work. The woman helped me take nice pictures to send to my stepmother until I could drive the rings home. Those rings will make it through another few generations, easily, thanks to Bailey's.

Bad. They had my ring for repair for over 3 weeks. They were supposed to call with an estimate, never did. I had to chase them down and was continually put off. No calls, no service. Finally chased them down after multiple phone calls and found the 'estimate' extremely high priced in my estimation. Told them I would just pick it up - 'or you could sell it for the gold'. No Thanks!!
