“Had a breakdown on the way back to Florida. I went to see Niagara Falls and wanted to go back when the car wouldn't start. I had myself towed to this workshop because of the good reviews. The mechanic was super friendly and looked at the car straight away, and it didn't take long until he found the problem. I thought I had to look for a hotel now, but no, he fixed it in 2 hours and I was able to continue driving again. The service, the friendliness and the good price make this workshop a gem”

“I got all 4 brakes an oil change and a wheel bearing and hub assembly fixed for the front end. I was able to get it all done in one day. The price was high but relatively anything nowadays to get done on a car is expensive. I was given a detailed explanation of what was done and why which I really appreciate it. I also got some great advice on my next vehicle. They are very friendly and they have the best dog. I will definitely return and recommend.”

“Honest mechanic. I think the name is a bit misleading. They do all repairs, not just transmission.
They are very busy and you will need to make an appointment and it may be a couple of days out. That’s the only downside, but it shows how many loyal customers they have.”
“Once again another great deal. Poncho is the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Over the years bought a few cars from him never felt rushed or pressured into something I didn’t want and he won’t sell you a car if it’s not a good deal for you. If your looking for a great salesperson to deal with ask for Poncho and don’t forget to bring a large Tim Hortons 3/3 for him lol”
“J’s was able to get my daughter in in a timely fashion for breaks and rotors on her Jeep. He was very up front with what she needed and the price was not outrageous she had her Jeep back within hours. I would definitely recommend J’s and will be taking my own vehicle there in the future.”

Jose was very helpful, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. Comfortable waiting room and right next to the factory outlets in Niagara Falls. I was in and out quickly based on what I needed today, but the outlets are right there. My new auto shop!”
