“I recently had a little hiccup with my truck while on vacation. When I returned home I knew that I would take my truck to Jocoy collision for repair, I have been going there for years. They scheduled my repair for a convenient time for me and stuck to their word on when I would get the vehicle back. The office staff Frank and Cary are a pleasure to deal with polite and knowledgeable. Plus the Technicians in the shop are skilled and able to still do body work the old way and not just replace parts. “Had them repaint bumpers on a few mustangs back in the day. Great color matching abilities. And the authenticity is also there. Suggested I get my trucks chrome bumpers wrapped instead of color matching for a more affordable cost. Great guys.”

“During the last "ice storm" my son's car spun out , hoped a curb and hit a wall . cracked the whole front bumper and side panel . Went to Granto's with no appt.Mr. Granto ( Pete) came out checked out the car went on his computer , instructed me on what to tell my insurance and asked me to come back on Monday .He estimated my car would take a full week to repair ,4 days later the call that all was finished and all my insurance paper work was completed and we even saved a small sum of money that was originally mentioned . “I wanted to share my experience and appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent vehicle purchase. My sales associate, Luke Stewart, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
I had explained to Luke that I was interested in viewing two vehicles and would not be making an immediate decision. He was more than happy to accommodate, taking the time to review each model’s features and specifications with me in detail. While I examined the vehicles, Luke arranged for an appraisal of my trade-in, and after some negotiation, I was pleasantly surprised by the very fair offer I received.

“I needed a new battery. I got a jump from the towing company. Drove my car straight to Autozone. They showed me a choice of batteries and explained which ones were better for my car. Then they installed it. Very professional! I'm well pleased with their service. Very friendly staff!”

“I just want to give a great big shout out to the Auto Service team on Military Road. I got a flat tire near Walmart and asked for help to get it repaired so I could get home safely. The manager was kind and professional making sure that I was taken care of by his team. I was in real trouble and their kindness made such a difference. Next time I will make an appointment but I am so grateful for their kindness when I needed it the most. Service like this is rare and should be recognized.
