I recently got hired as a graphic designer for a company where I need to print labels. I have never once printed labels before and Taran from Arrow Systems was so helpful. I called 3 days in a row to figure out how to print labels from illustrator to our memjet. Taran was extremely patient and guided me through every step more than one time Until I was able to do it on my own.Their Tech Support is definitely one of a kind and are full of hardworking generous people. Called and spoke with Davis regarding a $2500 industrial printer. Was very interested in making a purchase and requested a demo at our facility. They were not willing to do this. In 24 years of business, I never had a vendor not want to come and demo and earn business, especially something with repeat consumables. Not great customer service.

We purchased a roll label printer from Arrow Systems and it was the best decision we ever made. Their team was extremely helpful in finding us the right materials for our labels and getting our new label printer set up. If you need printing equipment Arrow Systems are the guys to call!

Purchased some equipment from this company and the customer service has been through the roof! Davis has been an incredible sales rep, and is patience and very knowledgeable. Jung also trained me and is very attentive to every question. Both of these people go above and beyond their job description and are top notch employees.

We print a lot of short run label orders, customers are ordering smaller quantities more often. We started looking for a label printer to fill these needs. After talking with Shaan and his team we decided to go with the Any-002. Shaan made the whole process quick and easy. After getting it up and running, my only question was why did we wait so long to get this label printer. Paper, Vinyl and BOPP this machine does it all, and it does it fast with good quality. I first heard of Arrow Systems through a recommendation. Upon initial communications, it was evident the company had superior communication sills, remarkable resourcefulness, and outstanding customer service. After the purchase of an Anytron ANY-002 laser printer the entire team became valuable to our team as they seamlessly aligned with our culture and made the implementation process less stressful. Overall, I enjoyed working with their team they are truly passionate about what they do and are just amazing people who stand by their product.
