Is there a rule in the US that the washrooms are always closed at 7-Eleven gas stations. I've come to realize that staff are getting more and more lazy to clean them and they are always closed. I was there today, Tuesday at approximately 6:30 p.m. and she said sorry washrooms are closed. But the tills were open accepting cash and people to pump gas
