I called in from another state before coming back to the area. Things went smoothly, I got the space I hoped for and appreciate the discount on the first two months (for my particular unit)! Abigale was easy to go work with and answered all my questions. Hoping the space is as nice as the she was.

It was easy to book a storage space online and there were clear instructions for moving in. A code had to be entered to access the gate and there was a lock in the unit, which I thought was a very suitable and secure place to store our things.

Setting the rental up online was easy! We are grateful for a climate controlled unit. The unit was clean and dry. Only glitch was I didn't read the signs correctly to find the correct unit. A wonderful gentleman named Shawn helped us out!! He was so kind and accommodating! Impressed that I got messages with a phone number in case we need anything 24/7. Thanks so much!
