I bought a new Ferris 0 turn from Little's at the time they were realy nice to work with. (untill) something went wrong with my Ferris o trun. it's still under warranty. they came to my house said nothing was wrong with it.you have to play with the choke to get it to start some times running the batery dead. i got a bill for a service call for $91,80 and it still don't start right i should not have to pay this bill. i do not recomment buying any thing from them. I have been in business 34 years and this is not how you treat a new customer.

I had a tractor that had starting issues.This was during busy August mower-repair season. It was a thorny problem. They were competent and stuck with it.I was very pleased and felt well served. Very easy to work with.

My 10yr old Gravely zero turn was making horrible noises and would no longer move. The shop I bought the unit from was no longer in business so I was starting from scratch looking for a new place. I did what I could for maintenance of the unit and it helped but didn't fix the issue. After talking w 2 other shops who were both 3+ week backlogged with repairs, one vendor mentioned littles services Gravely! I talked to Quinton who was very knowledgeable. After driving up w my parts I suspected were bad, Quinton gave me advice what to look for and sure enough... Quinton knew exactly what he was talking about. For less than $20 in parts I was running again when other shops were only willing to help by drop it off and we will call you. Quintons Couple minutes of help bought him a customer for life. Asking about his prices they are actually cheaper than some online stores and Little's stocks the parts I've needed to date... so I love Little's!

Bought my Gravely ZT from local Endicott dealer 10yrs ago. Making horrible noises and unable to diagnose easily I was fearing the worst. Quintin was super helpful and told me what to look for and was spot on! Could have taken weeks and any amount of money they wanted because I had no other options but instead told me what to try, sold me oem replacement parts at a great price and had me up and running the same day. Im no kid so I really miss old school helpful, friendly, & honest. I love the place! So glad to find Little’s

Little's has top quality products and wonderful customer service. I've been going here for over three years. Quentin is always helpful and friendly. They take time to help you out with any problems you may be having. Far better than the big box stores.

Called and wanted tires mounted for my Ferris Zero turn the person said they only mount the tires if you buy them there . She suggested I send mine back and buy from them . Never doing business or buying parts from them again. . Very poor business practice as I have spent quite amount of money there for other items . John Deere for me . I can understand the policy but for an existing customer you could have done better .
