I was having difficulty renting my property due to the challenges of providing property tours during the COVID pandemic. So I searched for a resource to produce a virtual tour of my property. I dealt with Sean at Immersion Factory. He was polite; knowledgeable; experienced; efficient; affordable; and responsive. We discussed the objectives and some of the particulars of the property and schedule the photo shoot. Sean came on time and produced a fabulous virtual tour complete with a floor plan of both floors and professional 360 photo views taken from at least 34 locations throughout the house. The photo locations are presented on the floor plan, as well as on the 360 photos, allowing the viewer to virtually walk through and inspect the house from any angle. Amazing. This has proven instrumental in renting my properties. I highly recommend Sean at Immersion Factory.
