Needed a gasket for my toilet tank, several plumbing supply and big box hardware stores didn't have what I needed and were giving me bad info. I ran into Winsupply and BS knew what he was talking about. Sold me a $10 Gerber gasket and my leaky toilet was fixed. He saved me a $200 service call!

Looking at all the positive reviews, Im not sure if someone was having a bad day or what. Came in as a DIY homeowner looking for a simple repair part. Person who was helping me was very dismissive and offered no help whatsoever. Didnt even have the courtesy to say goodbye or thank you. I would never walk in that store again as a homeowner. Do yourself a favor and go to Webb or Ral. Very helpful and knowledgeable folks there.

These guys know their stuff!!! I own and operate a small local hvac company in orange county and have been using newburgh winsupply as my primary equipment supplier. When calling your always greeted by a friendly person named Melissa.The knowledge of Chris,Brian,John,Kyle and the rest of the Winsupply crew are second to none!!! The ease of making big orders is key for me,takes alot of guess work out of it because the staff are all seasoned in the plumbin,heating and air conditioning business and if you forgot something on your order the person you are ordering with is always one step ahead and reminding you of another item that you may have missed or over looked. It's super easy.... highly recommend using Winsupply. ?

Another great vendor in the construction world.Kyle the owner treats you like you are a relative and I mean that in a good way. Always have what I need to complete my jobs expeditiously. Thanks for all of the hard work on the other side of the counter you guys.

The place is great with excellent staff but they are extremely overpriced. I try to shop local when possible but was charged way more then what the online price was as well as an additional 15.00 for shipping. I'll do my business elsewhere
