“Mike, Jacob and the techs are great! I took my 2019 sonata, with 130k on the odometer in for a routine oil change, but I mentioned to Mike that the transmission was starting to feel a little clunky and inquired about maybe getting the fluid changed. He explained everything to me in detail and gave me all the options and opinions he has from his years of automotive experience. Even going as far as to say that it may not be a good idea to change the fluid, that if it’s already reached a certain point it could actually do more damage to change it. He said, let’s take a look at it. This is someone that cares more about doing the job right than just selling the customer whatever they can. They do great work for a good price.
