Horrible manager Sue. Speaks very down to clients . She has very condescending attitude. Would never use them again was a 20 plus year client with Dr Factor and associates .They were amazing to pets and clients . Sue seems more concerned about herself. She left a horrible taste for the new practice. Also the She was very rude in person and on phone. Very rude and fake .

We have been going to West End since 2020 when my ferret Luna was diagnosed with adrenal disease, they took her condition seriously and did everything they could to assist Luna and us throughout the process. Dr. Santiago and her staff have always treated us and my ferret like family with the best care possible, and later my two french bulldogs we brought into the family. They always answered all of our questions and always got into contact with us to check up on Luna's condition after a procedure was done. I would not trust any other facility with my fur babies, West End truly cares about you and your pets.

Extremely caring competent cat friendly staff! I'm amazed at how my car responds so positively to the loving way they handle him. They even "treated" the stuffed animal cat my young grandson brought to the visit!

I’ve been going to West End and Dr. Santiago since 2020 and always have had a wonderful experience, for both check ups or dealing with the health care of my precious 14 y.o. Weimaraner/Vizsla mix. Highly recommended.

Dr. Santiago and the amazing staff at West End Veterinary always take great care of my dog Nick and I know I can trust them with him! If you’re in the area and are looking for somewhere to take your pet(s) I highly recommend this place!

My baby Barron wasn’t feeling well & I was very concerned. I called West End Veterinary they took him right away examined him & took blood work. They even called me at home to check in on him as well. Very friendly staff & professional.

I needed to get my dog in to see a vet ASAP and I tried BIG VET and their rates and wait time was outrageous. I called them and they were agreed to see him within a few days, their rates are affordable and their located within the city limits so we just walked there. All the ladies were so sweet and very patient with Trey who was a bit anxious and nervous. I look forward to his next appointment and many more with them. TOP NOTCH PET CARE! ?? ?

If you're looking for a vet for your lizard (or any other four legged family member,) look no further! Expert, compassionate care. The vet is wonderful and the staff is friendly, and helpful. A true jewel of a vet!

I really appreciate this practice! They are very personal and explain all aspects of the exam and are willing to flex care plan. Dr Santiago was amazing with my parrot! The staff was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend West End for exotic pet care

I was very pleased with the care and concern Chulo was treated. The technician and the doctor were extremely professional and with a warm personality. The way they approached Chulo, being the fact, he was very nervous, anxious, and in pain made a big difference during the visit.
