I originally gave this place a 5 star review, but after recent experience i need to take it back. I called to make an apt bc my cat had an emergency not sure who I spoke to but this person was very rude and made it all abouy money. I understand you are running a "business" but as a medical facility it should never feel as if its all about profit and production.
By far best vet experience ever !!!. I call in a panic over my baby and Evelyn gave me a apt right away as a new patient during quarantine.
The dr was so understanding and caring. Took the time to explain all my concerns . Thank you guys I truly appreciate it

DO NOT GO HERE .NOT SURE WHO WROTE THE REPLY BACK TO ME ,BUT THIS CLOWN NEEDS TO LEARN TO DO HER JOB....IF SHE WOULD HAVE READ MY REVIEW SHE WOULD HAVE KNOW MY CAT WAS A PATIENT HERE AND I HAVE NEVER MISSED AN APT I MADE. SO NON OF WHAT SHE REPLIED PERTAINS TO ME...AND THANK YOU I DID FIND A WONDERFUL PLACE WILLING TO TAKE ME RIGHT AWAY, NOT LIKE THIS PLACE ASKING FOR MONEY FIRST THEN TELLING ME I CAN'T BE SEEN FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS .. LETS BE REAL ... THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT THE CARE OF YOU PET.....
THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL....
I use to love this place but not so much anymore .. I called bc my cat is having a emergency I was told I need to make a deposit over the phone just to make an appointment.. this is a animal dr i have never heard of needing a deposit to make an apt .... you would have gotten paid when you saw my cat.... not sure why I need to pay before I even make a appointment....so apparently they are more worried about money then seeing the patient ...

The best! Everyone is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in avian care. The only place I trust to take my bird, easy to make an appointment, parking easy, too.

Dr. Santiago gave me my dog back. His quality of life got worse and another vet told us it was probably one thing. She checked for that and found out it was something different that is easily treatable with medication. After some time on the medication, I got my dog back. He is 15 years old and we were preparing for the worst. We can now hold off on that and it's like we got Bailey back from the dead. My family is so grateful for Dr. Santiago and the staff at West End.

My experience is always positive! The West End Vet has been treating my fur babies for more than 25 years. I love the attentiveness, patience and compassion that’s reflective in my interactions with Dr. Santiago and everyone in the office. It’s always a pleasant experience and I’m sure it is for my fur baby especially when they begin to feel better after their meds kick in.

West End Veterinary office has cared for my companion animals for over 10 years. I trust that Dr Santiago and her staff implicitly and have never received anything except exemplary care here.

I cannot stress enough how much I love and recommend west end! Dr.Santiago is truly an amazing dr with such a beautiful team. I have such a great experience every time I have an appointment and bring my guinea pigs. She fixed some hyperplasia conjunctivitis my one guinea pig who was struggling with for a while but now he’s been absolutely flourishing since the surgery. The team at west end makes you feel heard, comforted and loved! My vet hospital recommends west end 24/7 to our clients with exotics, truly an inspiration as a dr and a lovely hospital as a whole

I take my ferrets to Dr. Factor. There, they receive the best and most up-to-date medical treatments possible, and I feel blessed to know that he has the experience and knowledge to deal with the many problems that these high-maintenance pets face. His staff seem to care about and love my animals also, and they are always kind and friendly. When I brought one of my ferrets in as an unexpected emergency one morning she was seen right away. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have him as my ferrets' vet.

Have been bringing my fur babies to WEVO since they opened. They have always given them great care. I live an hour away now and still bring them to Dr. Santiago. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I brought my cat to this veterinarian. I was very pleased with the Dr and her staff. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.They answered all my questions, and put me at ease with my concerns. They were very kind and caring in the way they treated my 18 year old cat. It was a comfortable and friendly office environment.
