This is one of the most awesome experiences I've ever had in my life with mechanics. He's the second mechanic that I ever met that's extremely generous, very patient, very knowledgeable and doesn't try to finesse you in any way. I would tell anybody to go there everyone that works for him is extremely kind and hospitable.

George, Freddy and Kevin are very helpful! I was having a hard time finding a shop to fix my Genesis and they answered right away. They made the process so easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I have used VIP AUTO on Van Ness St many times for everything ranging from diagnosing check engine lights to oil changes to transmission flushes to brakes/rotors to control arms to installing a used motor. They are great!!! Very knowledgeable AND affordable AND quick with getting you back on the road fast. George and Freddy run the show there and both are super friendly honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an excellent experience at VIP Auto Care Inc. My Toyota Highlander had a leaking automatic transmission cooler tube. George was great and friendly. Freddy is an excellent and honest mechanic. He was knowledgeable and fixed the cause of the problem. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this repair shop to others. This place is incredible. My partner and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the road due to car troubles, and after calling multiple mechanics, George was the first one who took the time to ask us what was wrong and offer to help.Car troubles when you don't know too much about cars can be overwhelming, embarrassing, and vulnerable. George was patient, honest, and educated us without making us feel embarrassed about our lack of knowledge. He took the time to walk us through things we didn't understand, and we walked away from the experience not only with a working car, but better, more informed car owners.He was thorough, his prices are absolutely fair, especially given the quality of service, and he treated us with respect and compassion.I highly recommend VIP Auto Care to any vehicle owner.
