These wonderful employees (AL) helped my mother with a non-Verizon related issue I can't even believe she went to Verizon for. Thank you all for your patience and help with my mom who I cannot be there to assist. You all are really the MVPs.

I went into this store near Market Fresh because I'm a Verizon Customer with a lost phone. There was a Black guy and and Spanish guy at the counter. I asked if they can tell me who the provider was so I figured if I returned the phone to the provider that would be the best thing. The black guy took a look at the SIM card and said its either a trac phone or Metro PCS or a similar provider. When I went to Metro PCS to hand in the phone the SIM card was gone. SIM cards can be used to steal someones identity or scam friends and family by someone who is savvy with tech and phones. I didn't know this until I just looked it up. So my attempt to return the phone to the provider was futile! Instead, I went for help in the wrong place. Be careful who handles your phone and use an authorized Verizon location. SMDH!!!!

I saw Theo and Al today with an urgent Galaxy problem that needed to be resolved before a vacation and they were wonderful. I will be returning to them soon to get an upgrade

The sales person Nate (Nathan) at this Verizon store located on North Plank Rd. in Newburgh,NY was so knowledgeable and helpful in solving my problem with my Apple Watch. It was not working at all for me after getting off the phone for hours with Verizon. and doing what they had told me to do. I had talked to Verizon on the phone and got nowhere. I went into the store and he took care of everything very quickly. I was impressed how techie he was in helping me with my problem with my Apple Watch. I would highly recommend this store after spending hours on the phone and getting nowhere. I looked up to locate the closest. Verizon store and was so glad to find that Nate could help me with my problem. I feel he’s an asset to the Verizon company with the knowledge he possesses in that field THANK YOU NATE‼️?
