I placed an order and was told that I would receive a shipping confirmation email. The money was charged to my credit card, but nothing yet. It has been 2 weeks and I have called long distance 4 times and left messages as they won't answer the phone. Pretty bad for a cellular phone company.

I placed an order and although I did not get a confirmation email I had the money taken from my account. I made contact and they asked for my order number. I told them I haven’t received it but the money had gone. I was spoken to so rudely and with total disregard. I then said I wanted the order cancelled and did not wish to deal with them. I was completely ignored and now the order has been shipped as I have received confirmation for this from the shipping company. Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I just want my money back… Avoid this company!!

Sells stuff on Walmart.ca apparently. You'll have to pay a lot of extra fees once it arrives in Canada. Don't know why a cellular place is selling Peppermint oil.
No warning there will be fees on walmart.ca

I ordered a battery charger online on Walmart, where UC was the underlying seller. Package was already opened and the charger was clearly pre-owned. It had multiple scratches. Better yet, the charger was defective. It makes a clicky sound every second, plus an electrical spark sound every 5 seconds. Seems like they tried to pass on a previously returned device onto another customer. Returning the item.
