Do NOT purchase a Nissan Rogue with a sunroof. I purchased my Rogue Jan. 15, 2018. A few years ago after a huge rainstorm, water was pouring into my car from the sunroof and glove compartment. There was so much water that I had to use a wet vac to get rid of it. It took hours to remive the water. I went to Nissan and was told that that I would have to pay $500 to have the water drained. I declined because I didn't do anything to cause the problem. In June of this year, the priblem began again. I went back to Nissan at the beginning of July and spoke with Jessica Bowie, the Service Advisor who was extremely rude. She told me there was nothing they could do unless I were to pay $450. I told her that would be a no because that's a Nissan defect and not a problem that I caused. She then said, "what do you want from me?" I told her that I wanted them to fix the problem. She then said that was going to happen unless I was going to pay $450. I then spoke with Angel Roman the Sales Manager regarding Jessica's behavior. I explained the problem to him and told him she was very rude. He said, "I'll speak to her". My response was, I'm sure you will. It is extremely frustrating having water fall down on my head from the sunriof, and have water dripping down from the eyeglass holder. The perimeter top of the car is turning brown from the water damage. The driver's side carpet appears to have mold which I believe is the root to my new cough. Presently, I am looking into getting a lawyer. Smh

I highly recommend Thruway Nissan. My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle. After visiting several dealerships there was no comparison. As we arrived the salesman Eric greeted us and helped us with all our questions. He was very patient and courteous as he showed us particular models for our price range. We found the perfect fit and could not be happier. The manager was very polite as well. We absolutely love our new Altima and are very happy with the pricing and warranty.

Brandon Pares is the sales associate at Thruway Nissan who assisted us through the used car buying process. I mention the used status of the car only to highlight the care and courtesy that this personable young man showed to us even though we were not in the market for a new car. Brandon was willing and able to give us answers to every question we had and was infinitely kind and patient with us, even answering the same questions more than once. He is certainly an asset to Thruway Nissan and we feel lucky that he guided us through the car buying process. I would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.

On August 22 I paid Nissan 750 dollars to install a factory accent lighting kit. They installed the wrong kit and it didn't work. Then on august 13th they installed the correct kit but they still didn't work. The technician told me he couldn't figure out why they weren't working and when I asked the service manager for my money back he laughed at me and said no. So I paid 750 dollars for 4 bulbs that don't work :(

Wife and I were looking to trade in our for a great used car for great price, Not only did we find it there.. The whole Experience was Top Notch..From the Great Car Salesman Peter Leahy , words can describe how Good he was to US ..From start to finish and We drove out of there 3 hours later in our new car . I must say we went a nice restaurant across the street ..came back and everyone was happy and always asking if we need anything, water coffee or tea and a comfortable Waiting Area TV with remote on table ..Wow! They even gave a young girl a big balloon made her Day!I know in a few year where I'm going to buy my next car..THANK YOU so much PeterAnd Thruway Nissan of NewburghPs ..you guys should add more stars to your rating ..5x2...Big10

Everyone was extremely pleasant, very efficient and reassuring. They kept me informed throughout the process so there were no surprises. Thruway Nissan really seems to care about their customers. The waiting area is very comfortable and filled with amenities, including an internet connection. The food truck was an unexpected bonus! I have to say I had one of the best experiences in auto care and maintenance.and will definitely come back. Thank you very much Thruway Nissan.

I highly recommend visiting Thruway Nissan! I leased a new Murano and it was such a smooth experience. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining all the details of the Murano, and Mike in Finance is very down to earth and helpful.My initial contact was with Jeff Monninger, the sales manager. He immediately makes you feel welcome and sets your mind at ease. The car buying process can be stressful but the staff at Thruway Nissan takes that stress away. Jeff, Justin and Mike were a pleasure to work with!!

Just bought our first car from Thruway Nissan. Not only did they make it an easy process start to finish, but our salesman, Erik, was fantastic !! Erik took the time to listened to us, as far as what we were looking for within a car, was knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful of our budget. Erik made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process, and never pressured or doubtful. We would highly recommend Thruway Nissan, and hands down Erik !!.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I had an oil change and tires rotated. I had an 8:15 am appointment and I was so pleasantly happy to get my keys and work finished in a hour.

I had a great experience with Thruway Nissan. Only thing I wish I did differently was to not waste my time searching other dealerships and come here first. Rey was my salesman and set me up perfectly with the value I was looking for. He didn't try to upsell or rush me and got me in the car I wanted the sameday. Mike in finance closed me out and both of them are 15/10 in their service as they went above and beyond. Give those men some raises. Happy to have chose this dealership and would recommend to anyone looking for some new wheels.
