I came to them very last minute and thank god i did! Amazing work done in just 24 hours when i asked for 48. My dress didn’t fit i needed a corset to be added and it ended up looking like my dress was bought that way 10/10 experience

Expensive and customer service isnt the best. I went two different times just to see if someone was just having a bad day and that wasn't the case. Lady was extremely short and i being in Military uniform didn't change her bedside manners. I will not go back. I rather give my business to someone who is kind and likes their job.

Terrible customer service. Went here to see if they can make alterations to a dress I need by the end of the month. All she did was zip it up and down to tell me that the 28th and today is the 15th, is too much of a short notice and she cannot help me. I don’t want it to be all about race but I believe they did not my service and I happily got out and went elsewhere. Walked into another spot with better reviews and they were happy to help. Run from this place if you can!

I have been sending my clothing to be repaired here for years now. Recently, I had them move a button on a sweater for me. They had placed the button too high and the sweater was uneven at the bottom. When I sent it back it looks like they decided to hem the bottom instead of moving the button correctly. This was my favorite sweater and I am never going to use their services ever again.

They fixed my Northface jacket zipper within a week. They gave an amazingly speedy service. Make sure you give a call before the day of pick up, so you don’t waste your time or gas. Pleasant employees!

Ladies, thank you for fixing the straps to my wedding dress just days before my wedding. I want to say her name was Maggie. My dress arrived a few days before my destination wedding, and I found that the straps were loose and slipping off. She was able to get it done for me, and I was able to pick it up the day before I left. The pricing here is reasonable and the work beautiful. Since living here, just a couple years ago, I couldn't understand why none of the cleaners were able to tailor or ask you to try it on so they could pin it; i came from NJ and all my nearby cleaners provided this service. I drove by here one day and knew I had to bring my dress, especially since they advertise Wedding Gowns on their sign. I am so glad that I did. Thank you so much. I'll be bringing my dress back soon to clean as there's some 'sand stains' on the bottom.
