Complimentary detail was a disaster, used regular to try my truck, scratch the entire Vehicle leaving fibers Of the towel all over the surface soap, residue staining the Vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2021 F-150. The salesman, Daniel G., was helpful during the sale process. Sunshine also made sure things were right after the sale. In particular, it took several weeks for the registration to be issued from my state (out of state purchase). The delay has nothing to do with Sunshine but they Sunshine followed it through, which is really good to see. I would work with Sunshine Ford again in the future.

Sunshine Ford has a super friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Superb and thorough technical staff. They keep you informed throughout the repair process. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anybody else. Big shoutout to my Service Advisor John!! He is the best!!

Best no haggle shopping experience for a new vehicle ever. Staff understood what I wanted and didn't try to upsell additional products. I truly loved dealing with the staff and they gave me a great deal. Other dealerships were not so accommodating or forced you to come into dealership. When I had a question, Sunshine Ford answered it on the phone. I recommend you give them a try. Daniel my salesman was very helpful as was the sales manager, Gene.

I have purchased 9 cars from this dealership. I thought I was a loyal customer and really hadn't had too many problems despite the service department occasionally leaving a bad taste in my mouth, which I was willing to overlook. My most recent purchase was a 2022 Lincoln just under two years ago. The vehicle needed to go in for service a couple times, fine, it's a new car and things happen...all covered under warrantee and I (although having to fight for it) was given a loaner car. Just over a week ago, my car started to break down as I headed into work. Imagine my surprise because like I mentioned before, its a fairly new vehicle. I used the Lincoln roadside assistance and had it towed to my dealership....finding out AFTER THE FACT that it's no longer a Lincoln dealership, but it will provide services for Lincolns. Ok, not ideal, especially considering the fact that I assumed I was a loyal client of theirs, I MAYBE should have been notified that they were no longer selling the type of car I most recently bought from them. But then, the real kick in the pants...since they are no longer a Lincoln dealer, I am NOT entitled to a loaner as they don't "have to provide one". Wow, loyalty gets you no where...
They have now had my car for 8 days. I've had to call for updates on when parts arrived and begged to know when it will be done. I was told today it "might be done by next Wednesday" That will be 13 total days in the shop and I am supposed to be leaving for an international trip on Wednesday. No car, no loaner...stranded.
It's unbelievable to me that this is how someone is treated when they were a loyal customer who referred countless friends and family members to this dealership. And as someone who works in customer service, my standards weren't all that high, but Sunshine has lost a loyal customer and I will advise everyone I speak to, to avoid going to them.
