This sunshine ford in Newburgh ny is awful!! I brought my car in for a recall on the driver side airbag and they returned my car with a passenger side airbag dashboard light on. They said they didn't do it and it's just a coincidence. So they let me leave with nonworking airbags in my car and I have a sick husband and two children that I drive around to school and to doctors appointments. They refused to take responsibility for messing up my airbags. I will never buy a Ford or use their service repair Ever again. The owner was aware of the situation and didn't care.

Terrible dealership. The service department has broken things on our vehicles several times without telling us. When confronted they lie to your face. I just purchased a brand new vehicle and had a mobile detailer come to the dealership to ceramic coat the vehicle before it hit the road. The detailer said the marks that are now on my vehicle were not there when he finished and he has pictures. He also saw where you can tell they buffed the damages and got compound on the plastic. The dealership is once again denying and lying. They had the detailer in the garage area with toolboxes and people all around. One of the idiots damaged my car and they know they did because they tried to cover it up. I took my vehicle to a body shop and the only proper way to repair it is to replace the whole quarter panel. That's unacceptable. It's a BRAND new vehicle. The Ford Motor Company has been notified. Do not do business with this dishonest dealership. I never will again, and we're going to be purchasing a new truck, I guess from a competitor.

Inquire about a truck. Made it clear I was not going to pay over sticker price. Salesman came back with numbers and nothing added up. Sales manager came to the desk and found out they added $6000 to sticker price. Sorry no thank you. You are making money on trade in and sale of new vehicle. I politely said I will not pay over sticker price and walked out. I will never go there again.

Shopped online, ran credit, made deal. Asked about pickup details and was told at that point car was $5000.00 more. Thieves!

The worse service ever. I make appointments for service and the service is always horrible. They give you a date and time for service which they never meet. Service doesnt keep you posted on your vehicle you constantly have to keep calling them. If you have a luxury truck/car they never loan you anything up to par. Lincoln really needs to step up their game if they continue to use this Sunshine Ford dealer. Don't Ever waste your time bringing your car here.

I came here to look at a certain vehicle that was listed on the website and explained to the salesman that I was not ready to buy, but just browsing and was curious to get an estimate on what my current car would be worth. After grossly underestimating the value of my trade, they told me the "Internet" price of the car and acted like I was getting a deal. After leaving the dealer I was called back and they told me they could give me about $1,500 more for my trade. Why not just give me an upfront value when I am there, so maybe, just maybe I would have considered buying it. Fast forward a few weeks and I constantly get calls and emails from them despite unsubscribing from their emails. I am really annoyed at this place and would never make a purchase here. Sorry

Excellent service today at Ford. People have horror stories about service at dealerships, but I was treated excellently by the service staff. Professional, courteous they really helped me out. John at the service desk takes pride in his work. Well done Sunshine Ford.

Ive been dealing with Sunshine Ford since 2015 when I got my MKZ, I didn't purchase my MKZ from this location but I get my vehicle service at this location all the time. Great services everytime I go there. The servicing department is extremely helpful especially John. No matter when I live I come to Sunshine to get my vehicle serviced, I don't trust no other dealership.

Not a good experience shopping for a used car for my daughter .. pushy salesman wanted to sell my daughter a used Cadillac way beyond our price range and practicality ..even after I told him I have a very busy schedule he was persistent with an appointment .. I complained to the sales manager to get him to stop .. I won't go back..

Extremely disappointed in the sales staff and management of Sunshine Ford Lincoln. We traveled quite a distance to see a truck that they had on lot. My husband had an appointment that he was going to cancel, however he was assured by the internet sales manager that they could work within his price and trade parameters. He was very upfront with them in what he was willing to pay. He did not want to waste there time or his. The sales person checked with her supervisor and he was told Absolutely come in. Talk about "bait and switch" The sales team was not willing to budge and he walked out quite disappointed. Why encourage a customer to come in when you have no intention of keeping your word. Save your time and money GO ELSEWHERE!

frank is the man. went once. met frank very helpful but couldn't find a car I was looking for. he was so professional I came back 2 weeks later and he and Curtis were able to get me in a car I was looking for and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Finance manager Rich was a pleasure to work with no pressure no bs no bait and switch like thruway Nissan. highly recommend!!!!!

Would not return. Less than two months from last visit and brake job, they are trying to sell me front rotors and brake pads. Tried to negotiate a reasonable price given they should have picked up the miss from the previous visit. The Customer Service Manager, Jeff, was rude and obnoxious. Experience left a lot to be desired. It is a shame, because the previous visit the experience was stellar service. The manager is a poor excuse for that role. I would pass on upgrading my car there in the future because of this experience.
