Today was my first time at sephora and it went amazing. I was helped by karla who was very helpful and friendly and helped me picked out a cologne. She knew her stuff and offered her opinions on which cologne she thought was best for. that experience will definitely have me coming back!!

Karla at this location is one of the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered at Sephora. I was testing the samples to make sure I shade match myself properly she came over and grilled me didn’t even ask if I needed help. She then made sure she stayed nearby me as if I’m stealinggggg.Then she was about to leave the register and she saw me coming to go to the next girl and she made sure she told the girl to leave so she can cash me out.She refused to do my return because I didn’t have my receipt although I’m a member and it can be found on my membership and then to put the Cherry on top she snatched my freaking card from my hand and processed the payment then slid my bag across the counter.I don’t know what that girls problem is with me but it’s unacceptable.

I was shopping with my 14 year old son for his 8th grade dance and this is the first time I had to buy dress pants and dress shirts in me s sizes. I didn’t get the employees name in the men’s department today between 12-2 but he helped me so much with the sizes and we were finally able to find the perfect sizes to fit my son. Being a single mom I was so thankful for his help!!!!!

Today I came in wanting a large list of makeup (im not very experienced) I wanted to be matched to my skin & needed recommendations for my skin type for everything I was going to purchase. Let me say I had the pleasure to be helped today by Ambar. I was blown away with my experience! Ambar was so attentive, honest, patient, knowledgeable & kind. She went above & beyond helping me with every single question I had. I left feeling so exited about all my new makeup. Thanks again Sephora! I will be back! ?

I love Sephora: I’m a vib member and spend over $300 every time I go there. Which is about 4x a month. So when I heard Sephora was opening in kohl’s I was super excited. However, as much as I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt.. this is my 10th time there and I just can’t :( The girls I’ve encountered are lazy. They don’t have that sales charisma.. the willingness to help. I don’t think they all should be bubbly but this job requires the want to help others. Seems like they hire anyone at Sephora now a days .. meh. I was so upset today so I left and decided to vent here lol. I get easily tempted to buy things and love the experience of having someone passionate about makeup help me. This is a great location to save your Money and not be tempted to buy. ? Maybe just have more training on customer service and the products they’re selling. I Hope this feedback helps the business

I came here Friday night super excited to see sephora inside of kohls for the first time as a former Sephora employee. They did have some brands that I wasn’t expecting to see out of a freestanding sephora.. but unfortunately I had very poor customer service at this location. I wasn’t greeted once, by any of the 3 employees that were in there, and as I went to walk up to one she walked the other way.

It is a small store so don’t expect too much, is very clean and organized the only problem I found is that they don’t take coupons or other type of promotions because is a Sephora inside a Kohl’s so it has a lot of limitations for what the cashier told me.

My goal this morning was to amazon return at kohls (last day) on my way out I figured 1) lemme look for Mizani conditioner I wanted (saw online) and 2) smell 3 fragrances from my list. I immediately say to woman w. glasses I'm only here for ... (the 2 things above). Fragrances I wanted were at both ends & the middle of women's shelf. 1st spritz I notice her behind me "fixing something " I move on to middle again she's behind me "fixing something" now I'm at the end I turn around for the garbage and guess what! she's behind me "fixing something" she actually had to back up from the garbage so I could open it. Geesh pple please stop stereotyping 1) not everyone is a dam thief. 2) there ARE black folks that make great salaries & CAN splurge/ afford things. I'm merely stating my experience / observation. It could even be the store training. All the fragrances have security "bricks" attached. I literally had no bag & a fitted coat on. What a turn off from wanting to buy here. I still left saying have a nice day back @ her!
