“Yesterday I discovered my oil tank in the basement was leaking. I called the service department and they sent a tech up within 25 minutes. The service tech, Chris, immediately called for help, and a crew came right away. They drained the tank, set up a temporary tank so my wife and I would have hot water through the night and the next day. The next day, they came and installed a new tank, new hardware and plumbing, and reconnected everything. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Depew and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Chris and the crew for their professional attitude , knowledge and courteous service. They truly went above and beyond!”
