The law says you can not sell cigarette to under age kids. Would it be reasonable for cashiers to ask and scan buyer's driver license if the cashiers know and can see the buyer is old with gray hair?I would call it abuse.Identity theft starts this way.....

This place is AWESOME !! The staff that runs it are remarkable !!! Mike & the Woman who helped us out with our parking spot !! Amazing !! Above & beyond! So efficient & pleasant !!! What a great crew !!! Will definitely stop on our return trip !!

Pilot is so great! It's such a large gas station/rest center - it's like your normal gas station plus it even has an option to take showers here if you need to! Plus it has a Cinnabon here! Honestly when you're on the road what more could you need?

Rudest store! I stopped to get gas with my four children and we wanted to use the bathroom and it was locked. We sisters thinking someone was in there. The clerk came over and said only for customers mam. I've been driving for 3 days and looked annoyed because I didn't want to buy any snacks, but was going to get gas. He then told me it was out of service and wouldn't allow us to use bathroom. Told us it was out of service and we could go somewhere else. He screamed at us and everyone in the store couldn't believe it. Go elsewhere DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE .

This place is amazing, if you're an interstate trucker. Even if you're, not it's like a mini-mall. It's got: I Love NY souvenirs, record keeping books, all sorts of electronic devices, clothes, foods, gifts, showers, clean bathrooms, fresh coffee and Cinnabon, you name it. The staff comes over to ask if they can "Help you" and they mean it. They're very helpful, well-informed, and professional. Next-door is an Arby's. There seem to have been a lot of negative reviews, but they're all from several years ago. This is only the second time I've been here, and that's in the last couple of months. I can't find anything really wrong.

I stayed there by mistake 1 night. I can not believe how many people I spoke with just casually. Hello. Nice day stuff. Who asked me if I was recovering from covid & how recently I was diagnosed. Many just out of hospital who were quarantining there. The staff was rude. They gave you toss your trash bag into the road every morning & the local dogs tear it up. The bathrooms have a sign that they are not cleaned. Just a horribly mistake on my part.

parking is horrendous. and getting to pumps isn't the best way. they really need to redesign this place. or have a different entrance or exit.

Fuel desk people don’t know how to talk to there customers. Can’t even get a thank you for spending $400.00 on fuel so they can have a job!

Lady making coffee (all pots were empty) was extremely rude and talking horrible smack. Manager says nothing about it.
