They were exactly on time. The men were totally professional, efficient, but also excellent to deal with. They all took great care of my furniture, including an old grandfather clock and other antiques, all perfectly protected during the move. I highly recommend this moving company!

They met all of our needs with the estimate, the service, and the time table. Then it came up to method of payment and we were stopped in our tracks. They don't take plastic. No credit cards, cash only. Sadly I had to go with the competitor as the cost is difficult to cover for us and many with cash. Many companies tack the fee onto the bill for credit card use which I would recommend and I would have payed. Oh well.

Norman Brothers moved us on May 1st. They were the best! They were careful, quick, polite. They packed the truck up tight like a puzzle. Absolutely everything made it safely from point A to point B. A one bedroom apartment was emptied and moved in by lunchtime.
