I absolutely love this veterinary hospital, the hours are great, they always have great exotic vets on staff, and the receptionists are always helpful and accommodating. I am a frequent flyer here due to my 4 year old rabbit’s dental disease that unfortunately is terminal. I was heartbroken because my rabbit is healthy and happy besides her teeth, Dr. Steinbeiser is her vet and she is phenomenal! She has gone above and beyond to combat my rabbits dental disease and we came up with a treatment plan that has so far given back my rabbit her quality of life. Her pain is managed and she’s on all solids foods! Yes I spend a TON of money doing this but she’s dependent on me for her care and I cherish her like my child. Overall I am forever grateful for Dr. Steinbeiser and her incredible care and all of the staff here.

My small dog Molly Cut her ear and I was grateful that emergency services were available. My regular vet couldn't see her on a Saturday and the local emergency vet clinics were closed Molly was seen right away and her surgery was successful. The staff was very caring and explained everything to me.This was a second big vet expense in two weeks (different vet) and I admit I was shocked at the combined cost. Yet in the end both my dogs are doing very well and the cost was well worth it.

Highly recommend this hospital to everyone! Just got my baby Bingo neutered and it was an amazing experience from the moment we got there to the moment we left! They explained everything thoroughly and I couldn’t be more happier! Bingo is recovering so well! Thank you so much Newburgh Veterinary ? Hospital and staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

.y cat was misdiagnosed by another vet and was told to put him down. I took my echo to newburgh vet because our vet said they couldn't do anything for him. Well Newburgh vet did and gave us the best news that he was going to be ok. Gave us medication and prescription food something our vet wouldn't do. Will be using Newburgh veterinarian from now on. They were wonderful and we thank them from the bottom of our heart for caring for my baby

I can not say enough positive things about Newburgh Veterinary Hospital! We called, in a panic, for an emergency appointment at 2:15 on a Saturday, having never been here before. They got us an appointment within half an hour, and we were headed home, happy and healthy less than two hours later. You can’t put a price tag on four-legged family, or peace of mind, but the cost was more than reasonable. Dr. Turner was laying on the ground with our pup, heard our worries, took what we said into consideration, and we all made a plan together for further treatment. 10/10

Very kind, caring Vets esp for pocket pets! Even when my mouse passed they put him in a box with a flower and sent a lovely card all about pet loss and sending their condolences. The boarding services are also great. Absolutely wonderful staff

Recently I had a scare with my 3 year old cat. At that time many places weren’t open to help him. I contacted Newburgh Vet and let’s be honest I was crying my eyes out. The women on the phone with me, was sweet and talked me through. After that I was there for about 3-4 visits to follow. Everyone that I spoke to and helped me were so sweet, informative and overall a good atmosphere.❤️As much as I couldn’t handle the honesty, I like how up front they are.& it’s not the kind of upfront where you question their character. You can tell they ACTUALLY care about not only your animals well being but yours too.I will continue to take my cat to this vet, and my other animals.Thank you again Newburgh vet. Flynn and I appreciate ya’ll.❤️

Dr. Steinbeiser has been amazing. I’m a new bird owner and she has been so easy to communication with and very knowledgeable. Our bird is having some issues right now and she’s been so helpful and comforting through the process.The office as a whole seems great. Both times I’ve been have been very busy and yet the staff is always patient and kind.

I am so glad I decided to come to Newburgh Veterinary Hospital. My guinea pigs recently got sick and they were able to fit my piggies in the same day!! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Steinbeiser and she was just amazing. They were able to diagnose my pets and give them the correct medicine that they needed! So grateful. Definitely will be coming back for any future appointments.

Everyone at Newburgh Veterinary Hospital has been exceptional. We have recently had emergencies with our parrot and dog and they have been the only ones there and ready to help. I drive over an hour just to bring our pet to them for the quality of care they provide. Thank you

My regular vet could not see my ferret for an emergency. This practice did. They took care of the problem and treated me and my pet respectfully and competently. It is not easy finding good ferret vets. I am very grateful and I will be taking my ferrets there in the future.

I brought my Boston Terrier for a sick visit. The availability of an appointment on a holiday weekend was impressive. The care that my baby received from everyone there, from reception to the vet tech and the veterinarian was so impressive. I will recommend this office to anyone I know!

I am a reptile mom and have a menagerie of lizards. Dr. Steinbeiser is knowledgeable and handles everyone with care even through tough diagnosis’s. She is thorough and provides the best care I have seen. Highly recommend her to any exotic pet parent!

I have used this hospital for all our minpin babies needs & heath care. We've never had a bad experience nor do I feel this hospital takes advantage of you financially. Rated 100% they genuinely care for your animals like their own fur babies. The vets even saved my grandogs life a fews years ago.
