Honestly feel bad giving a poor rating since the driver was very nice and I went with a local company to be supportive, but they were 15 minutes late and I had called the night in before to arrange the pick up in advance. Called 5 to confirm 5 minutes before pick up and they said they were 10 minutes away. They arrived 20 minutes later and after, 15 minutes late 25 minutes after confirming they were coming. I continued to provide my address when asked so I’m not sure if they weren’t sure where I lived but they did not communicate this.I was late for my new jobs orientation which was a stressful experience.I was charged $30 for a 15 minute taxi ride and I don’t know how much taxis are post covid but it seems steep especially considering the fact that they were so late. An Uber would have cost $20. Im not sure why they upcharged me.I don’t usually get taxis but I imagine that there are much more professional practices. I went with this company due to the reviews but I did not have that experience.Perhaps next time I should go with an Uber or another company.

Thanks so much for the great service!I called the day before my trip to schedule a car ride to the Beacon Train Station for the next morning at 4:30am. My driver arrived a few minutes early and texted me so I would know he was outside.Both the dispatcher and driver were courteous and helpful.I have the number saved in my phone contacts for the next time I need a ride. If you need a taxi in the area I recommend this one!

Dennis is an extraordinary individual. Very pleasant, very respectful. Been working with this man with medical transportation and other trips for 12+years absolute pleasant to work with.
