I recently went here to have 4 documents printed from my email & a total of 12 documents faxed locally… it was $30!!!!!
I only went here because my usual go to fit these things recently closed , and it was a third of this price !!
The customer service was fine , the owners should be ashamed to charge these kind of prices!
I was telling a few friends of this ridiculous overcharge and found out about a great place on south plank rd “ La Ambiance “, so I just checked it out for a similar job , less than half the price!!!!!

Before you go U.S. Post Office go to Newburgh Shipping for all your shipping needs. The customer service is superb. Customer service rep Soledad saved me money on shipping cost. The post office wanted me to pay $79.00 & Newburgh Shipping charged $36.00 via FedEx and it was received the next day! Thank you great service. You have a customer for life. ?

Went to drop off a prepaid UPS package the place looked really dirty inside and very unorganized and then they wanted to charge me a two dollar drop off charge. Went to the UPS store down in Vails gate no problem dropped it off and no extra charge.

I have tried to come to this shipping center on more than one occasion. Each time the pricing is outrageous. Today was my last day even attempting to use their services. I have a prepaid label from a company to ship out my item. I literally put the box down and get told it will cost me 10$ to send it out. If I have a prepaid label, why am I obligated to pay anything ? That defeats the entire purpose of a prepaid label. Needless to say if you drive another 9 minutes, you can get to the actual ups store. That will take a prepaid label as paid.

TYPICAL Newburgh Ripoff, charging for service everyone else provides for free.Trying to charge $2 per package for prepaid ups boxes and Amazon returns that are free everywhere else.AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

I bought two fragile bronze statues from an online auction. Newberg Shipping had the best price, was the most responsive, and did a wonderful job packing my items.
