love the storage only had it for almost a month and i love the rates, very affordable i hope that never changes, very nice people, when i tried paying for a unit online through the website and it wouldn't let me, the lady over the phone helped me get the storage unit through the phone, if anyone is wanting a storage unit it does say on their website its remote operated, i've tried speaking to them in person but couldn't cause the office is beyond the gate, i would recommend calling to pay for a unit if your running into troubles with the website like i did
