My cars windshield had a tree branch fall on it from a tornado that hit our property recently. Our other vehicle was totaled from the same storm. I’ve been driving around for weeks with a cracked windshield that was getting bigger and the quotes that I received from safelite and other places were not inspiring me to get it fixed! I was dreading having to take my car somewhere amidst dealing with the other vehicle situation, and spend even more money. Not only did Mickey come to our home to do the job- but he scheduled it quickly, AND for less than we were quoted from other places. The outcome is flawless. We are so thankful we found you! I have a small fleet of sprinter vans and work trucks that get broken windshields and chips. I always take them to Mickey to get our trucks back on the road safely and quickly. Thank you Mickey and Donna for your help.

Ordered frameless shower doors. It took 10 months for the parts to come in to install. I called once a month to check with no one calling me back to check in or give me updates. It was COVID so I kind of get it.They finally got installed (not by the guy who sold them to me but by another company). The parts I had waited long for did not come in so they replaced them with something else. At this point I just wanted to be able to use my shower and didn't care that the new hardware didn't match the rest of my bathroom. Well...half the screws they used were black (awesome), half were not (not so awesome). So on my brand new, $2500 shower doors with black hardware, the inside screws are silver. He said he'd paint them. Thats a no go as they will peel.The shower doors immediately began to leak. When I say leak, I mean when you take a 10 minute shower the floor completely floods. This is my main bathroom. I had him come back out twice. The first time he changed the sweep, making it shorter than the first. So clearly, that made things worse. Then he came a second time and said the only way to fix it was to put a metal halfmoon piece across the bottom of the door opening. I just spent close to 10k to redo my bathroom and I should not have a piece of metal going across the floor of the door.....his response was "shower doors aren't like a fishbowl that keep water in". THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO. I was so flabbergasted that I told him I'd fix it myself. I couldn't believe the guy i just paid all this money to used that flimsy excuse for not standing behind his installed product.Such a waste of money. I'm in the middle of doing my other two bathrooms and will NOT be using this company for my other shower doors. This bathroom is now useless to shower in. Thanks Newburgh Auto Glass...for taking my money for a product that isn't doing the job it was designed to do and not standing behind your workmanship. Or stick to doing windshields
