I always go to Monro for all my auto needs now. They are very efficient. They will do their best to fit you in the schedule if you walked in. The staff are great. Ed is fantastic and super friendly.

I strolled in at the very end of the day with a flat tire, not expecting anyone to help me as it was after hours. But after a discussion with Monros rockstar employee Teo, he agreed to stay and help me get a new tire. I truly appreciate the service and care that was shown. An incredible employee and amazing person- 5 out of 5 stars any day of the week

I was a walk in and it was busy. However the manager Ed was polite, funny and accommodating. Being that it was so busy Ed always and a smile and was helpful to every customer I saw n heard. Great experience ?

Last Tuesday my friend took her car there to be assessed for AC. Prior to going she put oil in the vehicle.
Once the mechanic (Hispanic) gentleman looked at the car he came back with a report of a SLIT IN HOSE as if the car was vandalised.
however when oil was put in the vehicle there were no slits, and driving from Beacon to Newburgh the car would've definitely overheated.
The 2 men behaved unprofessionally, with smirks on their faces, he told me the charges would be a few hundred dollars.
I promise you, when I put oil in car.
hose was not cut. These guys destroyed my car in hopes to gain a few hundred dollars. In my opinion, they should not be there representing Monroe Muffler, not a good look at all!!

My dashboard lit up while driving on the highway through Newburgh this morning, so I googled the nearest auto body shop which was Monro. Overwhelmed by the situation, Mr. Ed calmed me down and assured me all will be well. Because of his kindness and the great work of his team, I was back on the road in 30 minutes. The guys a Monro are amazing and I would definitely go back (but I hope I never have to ?)!
