“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. He gave me a quote over the phone for the replacement of my battery and when I came in later in the day he repaired it while I waited. Granted, there were a lot of distractions, but he was very professional and an all-around good guy. So the takeaway with any of these local cable stores is ask questions, make sure you get accurate information and engage with the people you're working with based on the way they treat you.”

“Went into verizon this morning for help with an order I had originally placed on september 15th which then had to be reprocessed online this month. Customer service over the phone has been no help to me and I went into the store looking for assistance. Fran and Matt were such a pleasure to work with and helped me figure out the mess with my order on Verizon’s end. Cannot thank them enough they were both so attentive and friendly and resolved the issue!!”
“Highly recommend this Metro PCS location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered. They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. Felt very comfortable going in even with the current COVID situation.”
