They worked with me to get me exactly what I needed and gave me an extremely reasonable deal. They even put a perfect screen protector on my phone that I would not have been able to get anywhere else in the area. Side note: the store is very clean and well kept. Felt very comfortable going in even with the current COVID situation.”
“I purchased a new phone a little over a week ago and I had an accident and my toddler dropped my phone and shattered my screen. I was absolutely furious and so frustrated and then I decided to take my phone in to the store. I met the manager at the location and his name was Hamza I believe but he said I can call him Mike. I very upset that my screen was shattered but I was also furious walking into the store knowing I have to spend more money. It was like Mike knew how I was feeling and he was just so kind and showed so much empathy to my situation. The store was pretty busy but he looked at me and told me to return in 30 minutes to pick up my phone. I returned to the location about 20 minutes later and Mike got up and told me that my phone was ready. I was absolutely shocked and obviously very happy at how fast he repaired my phone and it has been working now better than ever. I would absolutely be recommending this location to anyone that I know because of the kind treatment I received from the manager Mike. There should be more people like him managing stores like these. If it was possible to give more than five stars, then I definitely would be giving more. “Went into verizon this morning for help with an order I had originally placed on september 15th which then had to be reprocessed online this month. Customer service over the phone has been no help to me and I went into the store looking for assistance. Fran and Matt were such a pleasure to work with and helped me figure out the mess with my order on Verizon’s end. Cannot thank them enough they were both so attentive and friendly and resolved the issue!!”

“Based on all the reviews I've read of this store, I'm very disappointed with my experience at this Walmart. First of all, we searched every aisle, and could not find any dried blood. As avid fans of crime docs, we were excited to see this in person and try to identify the injury. No such luck. Oh well, off to find fire starters. We asked an employee for help and they were helpful. We were hoping for some tea- some breakup drama to listen to or family issues, as our lives can be pretty dull. Alas, we left helped but unentertained. My boyfriend was riding around on our cart full of loose vegetables and crashed into some guy. He said it was the funniest thing that's happened to him in a while and no worries. Was kinda hoping to see them throw down (see last paragraph re: just looking to feel something) but he continued through the electronics section. We might have been overcharged but threw away the receipt before bothering to do the math. Uneventful 4/5.”
